INVITES: Got a party coming up? Want to invite a few friends round? Then you can choose a design and customise it with your own details. The only problem I had with this part of the site was getting them to accept the date I put on the invite. I kept getting messages to say the date had passed, which it hadn’t. In case it was something to do with the annoying US habit of putting the dates back to front, I tried reversing it, to no avail. I tried their HELP section, but it didn’t seem to have anything to say about date formats. In the end, I gave up. It was just a dummy run, after all, for this opinion!
REMINDERS: This could be a really useful function, although many computers will already have similar software installed. You simply type in details of whichever event you need to be reminded about, and you will receive an automatic reminder by e-mail on the day of the event. I did a dummy-run with this, and so far it seems to work fine. You can also check on all your other reminders and get a list of engagements – quite handy! I’m not sure how many reminders you can add but I imagine it would be enough for most people.
MESSAGE CENTRE: Here you can take advantage of a free e-mail address. I didn’t bother with this section but it could be useful – if you need another address.
PRINTING SERVICE: Here they will print ‘proper’ invitations for your up-coming events. There is a huge range to choose from and the broad categories are: Wedding Products, Greeting Cards, Special Occasion Invites, Personalised Stationery, Anniversary, Graduation Products including, interestingly ‘casual graduations’! I’m not sure how much these services cost but they certainly seem to have a wide range.
FREE GREETINGS: The section most of us will be most interested in. I have never seen such a huge range of cards. They cover practically every eventuality conceivable! There are the usual Birthday, Events and Milestones, Holidays and Seasonal and For Any Occasion and there is a host more. The ‘Baby Cha-Cha’ for example, does a whole range of baby gymnastics for the delectation of your recipient (as long as they have ‘Flash’) and the Arts & Entertainment section is vast. You can choose anything from a Renoir portrait or a beautiful photograph of a sunset to a modern ‘celebrity portrait’ and all sorts in between. There is a section of Gay cards, all done in cartoon format, and there is a Sports section, covering all the usual favourites such as baseball, basketball, football with water sports, golf, Olympics and hockey in there as well. Cats and dogs get a look in, too, as do wildlife and teddy bears. There really is something here for everyone and there’s plenty of ‘Aaah!’ factor, too!
HOLIDAYS AND SEASONS: One of the neatest sections is this list which contains all the usual ones – Valentines Day – COMING UP SOON and all the usual religious festivals and mothers/fathers days. Additionally, it has these more esoteric offerings: Fall Hat Week, Father-in-Law Day, Inventors Month, MLK Day, Nurses Day, Online Romance, Receptionist Day, Teachers Day and the Sweetest Day. You will never be stuck for something to celebrate with that list!
All things considered, this is a fun site and you will never be stuck for a free card to send to a friend or for something to celebrate! I see Wilderness Week is coming up – anyone for a Walk on the Wild Side?
Advantages: A huge selection of original cards for every occasion Disadvantages: Not a lot really if you are only using it yto send e-cards
This started life as an egreetings site ,but now offers users a lot more facilities. Like a lot of these sites, before being able to use it you need to become a member – but it is FREE.
To become a member means registering your email address and other information – it also asks for some personal information, like age ,sex, current salary and interests. They say it’s just to gather information about their client base and won’t ... ...–I believe that , don’t you?) There is a tick box where you can say you don’t want to be contacted about offers or by any affiliates, but to be honest I don’t know that it does any good apart from lessen the amount of emails you get, it doesn’t stop them. I was receiving around 4-5 a day which isn’t excessive I must admit, but is still a bit annoying when you’ve indicated you don’t want any.
Well - ...

I just came from this site and was really impressed with it. The site itself is fast loading and the colors are easy on the eyes.
I looked through to see what types of services they had to offer and when I did I decided to sign up as I enjoy sending cards and although I have used Blue Mountain Arts for a long time and they have some great cards, I like to use other sites for variety too.
Joining was free of course and just a short form to make ... ...various things such as free things, greeting cards, music, etc. and I picked some of these also.
I had to wait for a confirmation e-mail which took about 3 minutes and was a simple matter of clicking on a link to confirm.
I then went to the various cards to check out the selection and found some very unique cards here and different than what I see on other sites.
Your membership includes an address book. You can add music and backgrounds to your ...
