Renault have one of the better on-line presences, probably due to a very hot advertising and marketing team. They have full details of all cars that they sell as well as a few concept ideas. One can browse through their on-line catalog, requesting local dealers to contact them if and when one sees something of interest. I requested information on a car, and requested to be contacted. Within 4 days, both had taken place, and was happy with the level of service that I recieved.The site may look a little daunting to those who have not been on-line before, but once the click and read instructions has sunk in, one cannot go far wrong.
