We already had a website that wasn't performing as well as we'd hoped it would, so we selected Roodee Web Design as they are local to us in Chester. The finished result was exactly what we had in mind and we had our first sale surprisingly soon after launch. I think that one of the reasons we had such a positive experience was due to the team being local. Whenever we wanted to meet and have a face to face meeting to understand something, we were able to without the hassle of taking lots of time out. We had a previous problem with our domain name that Roodee were able to fix for us, which involved liaising with our previous design company and transferring it away. This was something that we definitely appreciated.
