Advantages An excellently laid out website with excellent products and customer service!
Disadvantages They have some colours translated so it does not give the true colour's names

I have been pondering over whether to write this review and then I saw two reviews already present that were not giving it a terribly high rating so I thought I had to write the review. This review will contain my recent purchase from rubbersole.co.uk in quite a lot of detail because this is how I found out how excellent the customer service was from them. Disadvantages So many great shoes it's hard to choose!

**Why did I visit this site?** I first found this website after I spotted some of the children at school wearing these rather weird jelly type, clog shaped shoes called Crocs and reporting that they were really comfortable. I made one or two enquiries and discovered that quite a large amount of adults were wearing them, particularly hospital staff, the ones I heard from declaring that they could wear these shoes on the longest shift and still have happy feet at the end of it. False promises and service not replying 13/02/2009

Disadvantages Wrong promises, you cannot contact them via phone, they're rude and not answering your inquiries.

On 11th Feb 2009 I ordered a pair of shoes on rubbersole.co.uk. I cite from their webpage: '... We accept secure online payments and all orders are sent on the same day you order.' Well this sounds too good to be true ... and guess what?! It is NOT. On the same day I got the order confirmation (automatic email response). So far so good. But then: The shipping address in the order confirmation, so I send them an email to correct it. However ... NO response. Fine, one can probably not expect to get an answer on the same day (though many online shops do exactly that just fine). Anyway, so I kept ... more

Quick review of rubbersole.co.uk by simonegray 13/05/2008

My husband and I had heard so many good reviews about crocs and found rubbersole.co.uk via google. As they had both our sizes in stock we placed an order. Bonus for us was the free postage and packing they are offering on crocs at the moment. We placed the order at 15.48 just 10 minutes before the cut off for dispatch the same day. Within minutes we had an order confirming dispatch with a tracking number and the crocs were delivered the next morning. I heard about Rubber Sole from a friend of mine who has recomended it on many occasions, she swears it is the best service she has ever received, and I agree! I purchased 2 pairs of shoes (converse and crocs) at 3:00pm, they arrived the very next morning. And if this wasn't enough good news, this next day delivery is free. I have never been so impressed with a website, I often shop online with mixed results so will definately be recomending this site to all my friends (...and you).
