I recently made an order from Sainsburys online and found that most of the fresh fruit and veg produce was bruised. When I complained, they only offered a voucher code for the total sum of the bruised fruit and veg - assuming that I would go ahead and place another internet order. As it was for such a small amount I felt the time and effort to go back to them and ask them to refund me was too much of a task.
Waitrose on the other hand offered me double the value of some starwberries which had one or two of them were damage and as a result of their fantastic customer services, I have only gone back to them eversince.
May be beneficial for Sainsburys to adopt some of their competitors services? !
