I recently ordered party invitations from SaxoPrint which failed to materialise, during the whole time of dealing with them they blatantly lied about what was happening.
The goods never arrived and they even admitted they had no idea where the order was. It was sent via a couriere called DPD so I asked for the tracking number, SaxoPrint lied and said DPD did not offer a tracking service. I emailed them a link to the DPD tracking website......

Used them for posters and the delivered itme did not match the art work Their customer service is appalling and rude.
Printing is done in Germany and you are unable to speak to UK staff when problems occur. There emails are curt and when a complaint is closed they do not communicate with the company that raisees the complaint. If you are choosing on price there are many printers far more reliable and professional that Saxoprint for the same price.
The feedback page only prints positive testimonials and to use their words "only print positive views", therefore anyone reading it is mislead due to the fact thats negatives are removed ...

That convinced me. I chose my layout and the business cards were printed just as I wanted them. I designed the front, the back shows the Saxoprint label, but very unobtrusive. The whole designing and ordering process was refreshingly easy ... ...also design the back side, order more than 300 pieces or fasten the shipping, but being a smart spender made me disclaim those offers. The production time and shipping was said to be 8 to 9 workdays in my case it was even faster! I received my business cards after 6 workdays already (Wednesday to Thursday)!
Cheap as they are I already doubted they could be good quality, but when I first held them in my hand I was surprised to feel the high quality ...

I had a really good experience with saxoprint.
The quality of the printing is very good (the colours are much better than the same image printed as a photograph). But what impressed me was that, after submitting my image, without paying for artwork check, I got an email from them in which they told me that the dimensions of my image were not right. I have made the necessary changes and uploaded the correctly sized image, with no extra charge. The product arrived in a few days. I am conscious that canceling an order would be a nightmare. But, otherwise, I found their service excellent. ...
