I ordered a HDD from scan, when I installed it, it wasn't recognised by 3 different PC's so I sent it back. A few days later I recieved the HDD back saying there was no fault and I would be charged delivery, and some other ridiculous fee. I tried the HDD again and it was still not being detected by any of the PC's I tried it in. I drove up to Bolton and asked them to show me how they got the HDD to work, guess what..... it didn't work, isn't that ... ...sight) and said he got it to work on a different PC (this despite the fact he had at least 10 test benches downstairs!!) but I was given a different HDD anyway! Be very careful if you intend using this company, they are renowned for very poor customer care and trying it on when it comes to returns. My advice - steer well clear. If you do return something (and can't drive to Bolton!) make sure you take a note of the serial number, because they may ...

I have had the unfortunate luck to buy from this company and have lost my hard earned money because of it don't be taken in by the cheap prices cheap is only good value if the product is new and works otherwise you are just throwing your money away and Scan in my experience are experts at pushing out returned goods to unsuspecting customers , then you have the problem of dealing with there awful customer services and believe me they ...

Advantages: They will look after you if something goes wrong Disadvantages: They have improved a lot in the last one year.
I am very pleased with scan, on a previous order,
there was a mistake in stock availability, so I had cancelled the order.
Now, much later on, I have decided to purchase the Nvidia Graphics card.
They have brought forward the free delivery they offered,
and the product is actually delivered next day itself.
All in all, this was a brilliant service after a problem in a past order. 5/5 for excellence.
I dont mind giving them 6/6 if there is a ... ...orders ontime or closer to it. But, you will differentiate a good company how they responds when some thing goes wrong. In my experience scan really passed the test and I will be surely using them for the near future. Even we cant blame their prices and it is very much competitive. ...

Scan is one of the best online stores I have experienced so far. Their pricing is very reasonable and having excellent customer service added with a on time delivery.
what a wonderful customer service! In 5 minutes of sending a online note to the sales team I have received an answer explaining that my payment has been authorised and is likely to arrive on date! And I did not have to look for invocie details and such.
Their website was right, the ... ...ordered. What else I could expect from a online store?. I have seen some of the negative reviews of scan here and could not wait for writting what is my experience with them. I truely like their approach to customers. They may not be the cheapest but the little extra cost really worth when you see their service.. ...
