...Look no further than 3XS Scan.co.uk I needed to upgrade my PC and have been looking at other stores to see what was available. Some had the right CPU but wrong Graphics Card. Some had the right Graphics but pitiful amount of RAM. Then I came accross Scan.co.uk -Custom Built PCs- it said. So had a look. I wanted an Quad Core i7, loads of RAM a Hot Graphics Card and a Mega Sound Card. Scan allowed me to choose exactly what I wanted and gave me a top ... ...August and thats when I knew I was in the hands of proffesionals. I had an email from the 3XS Division almost immediately apologising that they were really busy and they couldn't start until the 17th August and do I want to book that slot. I booked the slot and waited axsiously. The 17th came and the process bar went from Ordered to Stock Picking. Two of the parts, graphics and cooler were out of stock and instead of leaving me hanging on waiting ...

Each time I have used Scan.co.uk my order has been dispatched and delivered next day, packaged well and never any problems with the contents. I had to contact customer service to ask a question about a delivery and recieved a full, polite and informative response in minutes. This was such a breath of fresh air from other companies I used in the past.

I repeatedly used Scan and as impressed by their low prices. They delivered a estern Digital HDD to me and on attempting to install it, it stalled my PC. I contacted them through their website asking if I should RMA it, I got no reply. When I had time, I phoned them. They gave me an RMA number and told me to send it back. I was then told that the RMA had been rejected. The reason? I had failed to report damage within 48 hours of receipt. Damage? ... ...broken off. I checked in my PC and sure enough, there was a small piece of metal sitting in the drive bay. My diagnosis: Bad delivery and a hairline crack which I didn't notice. I went through hours of phone calls to some extremely arrogant and un-helpful staff both customer service and RMA staff.
