Very nice hotel

Advantages: Good food, Good rooms.
Disadvantages: expensive

...I have relatives who live in Kent and there are two marriott hotels located not too far away - the Bexleyheath Marriott Hotel and Marriott Cheshunt. I don't go to Belxleyheath as the hotel has turned me away before due to the fact they have overbooked. The Marriott Cheshunt hotel is located just outside of Cheshunt town centre, so you'll need a car if you want to get into the main town. The hotel is nicely done inside and the staff are pleasant. I have paid between £80 - £110 to stay here including breakfast. The rooms are nice size and I have always had a room over-looking the inner courtyard. As is standard at Marriott, the beds are very comfortable (in my opinion the Marriott bed is the most comfortable out of the main hotel chains). A nice hotel in a good location.

Advantages: Nice comfortable hotel in a lovely location.
Disadvantages: Very expensive to eat inside the hotel, don't bother!

...the Piccadilly Line which runs straight to the hotel's nearest underground station, Gloucester Road. This was easily done even with my suitcase, although it's handy to have a man who can carry it up the stair's in some of the stations! The Marriott Kensington is just a 5 minute walk away from the Gloucester Road station, very handy and easy to get to. Gloucester Road is also in Zone 1 of the underground, meaning you don't have to pay more for extra zones when using the underground. Advantages: Loction facilities and the staff
Disadvantages: Not as much outside of the hotel during non peak season

...I never thought I would one day actually stay in a Hotel in Nice, France. It's not that I do not go regularly to France, quite on contrary, I just never saw anything special about this city. For me, Nice was just the airport or gateway to the world of Cannes, Antibes, Cap Ferrat, and off course, the stunning Monte Carlo. I found it much more interesting to re-discover the sandy shores of Cannes or the minimalist chic style of St Tropez, or the extravagant Moneguesque nightlife. The idea of this chilled out beach was not very appealing when compared to its neighbouring tourist hotspots. Nice hotel, be aware of transportation issues

...Location: The hotel it's situated in the north part of the Bucharest, which it's the nicest are and, of course, the most expensive. There is a lot of greenery here, lots of parks and lakes. The hotel is situated on the shore of Tei Lake and the vegetation around it really gives it a very nice look. Both airports in Bucharest are in the north part so the hotel it's only 10 minutes away from the Baneasa Airport (used more by low cost companies) and about 20 to 40 minutes, depending on the traffic, to the Otopeni Airport (commercial airlines). Very good location, however be aware that public transportation is not handy. To go and come from the hotel you will most likely have to use a taxi, which can be costly at times, depending on the distance. Make sure you ask the reception to call a company cab for you, private taxi are a rip off...

We stayed in a Radisson SAS in Amsterdam several years ago but other than remembering that it was a positive experience I don't remember a lot about it so I can't really compare the two. I was looking forward to staying in the hotel and I was pleased it was only 10-15 minutes away from the airport by taxi. My dad booked the hotel (along with the flights) online and he also booked out taxi so it was there waiting to pick us up at the airport. The taxi fare was charged to our hotel bill.
