In these days it is so difficult to find a present for somebody. It looks like that everyone has everything. Seen On TV 24 is an online shop offering different items to buy. The choice isn’t very wide but I managed to buy what I wanted! Most of the items in this website are sold much cheaper (usually half price) that in other online shops. It’s just a pity there isn’t much choice in their catalogue. But anyway it is worth to try and browse the catalogue because they often add new items.

WHY TO CHOOSE SEEN ON TV 24?

Well as I have already mentioned, I wanted to buy a Solar jar (a weatherproof, eco friendly jar that stores the sun's rays during the day and then releases waves of colors in the evening through the energy efficient color changing LED’s) for my friend. I checked some websites and prices were around £20 plus delivery charges. And then noticed www.seenontv24.com offering these Solar jars for £8.95 each plus delivery. I was really surprised by such difference in prices. Actually was worried too – doubted about quality. But I decided to try. And even instead of one Solar jar I bought 2: one for friend and second one for us!

PAYMENTS

You can place Your order online or by telephone 0844 704 4775 (Mon-Fri: 9:30 am – 5:30 pm). I paid online because it saves much time and is very simple when You are used to it.

You can pay via Paypal or with a credit or debit card. Also You can choose to register in their website or checkout as a guest. That’s why I liked www.seenontv24.com even more. Because I buy a lot of stuff online and have so many accounts in different websites….. It is great just to buy a thing without registering, choosing username, password….. On the other side if You are a registered user You can login to Your account later to check the status of the order, change preferences.

Another great thing about this website – paying first time, delivery address may be different from Your billing address. I needed that because we were moving to a new house those days. My address at the bank wasn’t changed and I needed those items delivered to my new address. Again, on the other side it is safer when buying first time billing and delivery addresses must be the same….

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges on www.seenontv24.com are £5.99 First Class Recorded mail. I bought 2 items and price for delivery was the same, while some websites charge more for additional items.

They also offer Free delivery when £99 or more are spent in one transaction (I’m not actually sure if anybody uses this offer…).

The delivery of Solar jars took 2 days. So the delivery time was reasonable.

Items weren’t very well packed so boxes were a little bit frayed. But I didn’t have time to complain about that.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

When I received Solar jars, I decided to try them first and check if they are working properly. It was a very very wise decision because the Solar jar that was supposed to be a present – wasn’t working!!! It is great I checked because it’s not pleasant to give or get a present that’s not working….

Same day I wrote an email to I started thinking that I paid cheaper but will have a faulty Solar jar… Though next morning a Customer service representative phoned me. I missed the phone call but he left a very informative voice mail message what I need to do now. When I checked my email, there was a message with the same information too. So, they told me, they are sending a new Solar jar same day. And that I have to post them the faulty one with postage receipt that they could return my money for postage.

I was surprised next morning when a postman brought a box with the Solar jar. This was working OK.

I was really satisfied with this company’s Customer service. They contacted me next day and a replacement was sent immediately. After 2 more days they sent me a refund for postage expenses that I paid for returning a faulty item. It was really great to do business with them.

OVERALL OPPINION

I definitely recommend to check Seen On TV 24 website because it can really save You some money!
