Advantages great selection for all/different occasions
Disadvantages no tracking facility, bunches are small for what you pay for, no confirmation they had been sent

How I heard about Serenata Flowers = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = I am a member of Superpoints, where they reward you for completing offers and surveys. I was browsing some options in how I could get extra points and I came across Serenata Flowers which gives you 500 extra points when placing an order with them. Luckily it was coming up to my mum's birthday so I decided to take advantage of this offer and decided that I would order her a bunch of flowers, and it also meant that I would earn an extra 500 points. Nice flowers but very expensive, sent out in a box by mail, the box was a little squashed damaged box, flowers were ok inside went on the website to see how much our friends had paid for them just thought for they way they were sent too expensive less

Advantages The flowers arrived
Disadvantages missing goods, no notification of missing goods, flowers all dying buds, poor delivery service

The flowers arrived on the day requested - Mothers Day - thats the only good thing I can say about this disgrace of a company. 1 - the flowers looked absolutely nothing like the ones on the website (i compared photo with website after I got concerned). They were all buds and half we dying. 2 - no mothers day balloon was included and yet it was paid for 3 - box left outside of house and delivery man was gone before door opened. I purchased mothers day flowers shortly after my girlfriend bought mothers day flowers from this company. We both bought a mothers day balloon and card. Both deliveries ... more

Excellent website with a clear layout and plenty of choices. If you want help with choosing a bouquet or need help with payment, etc, they also have a call back facility (which is handy if you're not near a landline, as not to run up the bill on your mobile). You can also email them direct. When I ordered flowers form them, they were offering free next day delivery if you order by 4pm - which is a lot later then all the other florists I've used in the past, most needed you to have placd an order by midday or 2pm. I send flowers to a very good friend of mine recently and was very upset by the difference in quality of what I saw on the web, what I paid for and what actually had been delivered in a brown mail box by a post man. Web site IS amazing! You just want to get THAT bouquet for someone! and order tracking system is very good, customer service was helpful, delivery time was allright. For me...
