I saw, I bought, they delivered, I was happy!
Living without a shoe shop in one's home town is simply a pain, none more so than when one's best footwear has seen many, many better days, one's heels have been superglued back on at least twice and one's toes looked like they may start to talk any day soon. This was a sad state of affairs for my beloved black boots. I was loathe to part with them... until, one day, I stumbled upon Shoe-shop.com. Hallelujah! What a Godsend! Those old boots soon saw the interior of a wheelie bin!
Wandering aimlessly, barefoot, through that blessed wilderness of glorious new footwear was nigh on a religious experience! I was over-awed by choice, bedazzled by designer labels and last, but certainly by no means least, I was gobsmacked by the incredible prices. This must be heaven! Shoe-shop.com has everything! From stiletto heel boots to slipperettes, from steel toe caps to pale pink sandals and their glorious sale items teasingly beckoned. I drooled. Then, like a bat out of hell I was gone 'til the morning dawned! I had discovered paradise by the PC light! Goodbye old boots! I now have FANTASTIC new boots! Emm... several pairs, to be precise. I ordered on the Monday and was parading my new boots up the town by the Thursday, one pair in the morning and another in the afternoon. (I told you, they were on offer! I could afford 2 pairs at that price!)
This thought has never, ever crossed my mind before but it is oh, so true! My name is NYK, I'm a woman and I am a shoe-shop.com-aholic. In my opinion, the best gift a man could ever give a woman would be a credit card and the Internet! Shoe-shop.com answers all your shoe prayers, even when you aren't aware you've had them.
