Not a good one. I ordered 2 games last Thursday (they were in stock when ordering). It is showing that they are ordered and nothing else. Its now been 5 days and no change. There is a deficit on my bank account of the balance. I have emailed them enquiring about the games as they are for my sons birthday at the end of THIS week, to which i`ve had NO reply. The site isn't bad and it is fairly easy to order things. No order tracking feature that I could find which is a bit irritating. Everything arrived in reasonable condition - one of the boxes was a bit squashed but nothing tragic. Prices for some things are a little higher than other places but they had a WiiFit in stock 3 weeks before Christmas! Had to return a rechargeable battery pack - the returns procedure is a little complicated and have heard nothing from them since I sent the item back. ...

A Superb experience overall! Competitive pricing, a decent range of products and very quick delivery. I initially used this company to purchase a Wii Console back in March, when no other company had them in stock. Sinc then I've pre-ordered two Wii Games and got them on time.
