I used this site last year to find a ski season job in the alps. What I liked about it was that it has a wide range of jobs from different kinds of resort employers. Lots of small chalets as well as large tour operators. You apply online and your application goes direct to employers by email. No middlemen or agencies filtering your CV. During May and June there are new jobs coming on the site almost every day but you can sign up for job alerts so you get an email letting you know what has been posted without having to visit the site.
