I have only been a member of Snapfish since last Christmas and I heard of the website on The Gadget Show after they voted Snapfish photo calendars the best. I ordered one myself half price, I received it a week later and I was very pleased with the result.

After ordering the calendar, I have also started ordering other products from Snapfish such as standard 6 x 4 prints, collage posters, collage mugs, collage prints, a collage mousemat and photo books. I have purchased items from Snapfish both for myself and my friends and family. The 6 x 4 prints at 9p each are cheap and cheerful, the photo mugs are reasonably-priced (£7.99 for an 11oz mug) but the photo books are quite pricey, so I tend to buy them when they're on offer.

Many of the products I have purchased are high quality and delivery times and charges vary depending on the product purchased. Each product gets sent out inseparate orders to the same address, even in one transaction.

I like the special offers that Snapfish promotes. I can either take advantage of the offers already on the website (I am e-mailed about them beforehand) or the ones creditied to my account after purchasing a particular item.

So far I have only received one item from Snapfish that got damaged in the post: a collage photo mug that turned out to be chipped at the top upon receiving it, so the next day I sent it back and was given a refund of the cost of the mug.

Overall, I am very happy with the service, range of products and prices of the photos on Snapfish. 5/5.
