    Disadvantages Disadvantages You can find cheaper on the internet but beware of what the internet gives you!

    A.V. Rillo were not only the fastest conveyancers I have used, but are the solicitors who stick out in my mind as being those that have truly given a personal service! I needed someone I could get hold of straight away. They have direct dial numbers which is very useful and it meant I could get straight through to my own solicitor. Their fees are also good value for money and if they were engaged / on the phone, they always called me straight back. It's interesting.     When problems emerged with the sale of my house in Orpington on the day of completion you took control of a difficult legal issue and worked with urgency and deliberation to salvage me from a mistake of my own making. You must have temporarily prioritised my case over all others you had to deal with and you certainly delivered me Christmas cheer over what would have otherwise been a time of anxiety and worry that would have gone well into the New Year. You also saved me from a liability that would have well and truly hurt my bank balance. I won't have anyone say a bad word about this ... more

    Advantages Advantages always take calls; they listen; and on line forms save time

    Disadvantages Disadvantages if i think of any i will add them, but none come to mind

    I always dread the whole moving experience. I just hate the idea of having to prepare to pack, decide what to take with me, what to throw away and finally the idea of having to deal with the solicitors' . It just fills me with fear. It would be nice for someone to wave their magic wand and finish the move. Ah, if only! Its bad enough having to sort out my car insurance let alone having to instruct a solicitor, fill out paperwork and then having to worry about speaking to them. Are they going to take my calls? Will they think my questions are stupid? I get the same feeling when I have to see my ... more

    I just wanted to write a quick note to thank AVRillo for doing such an excellent job when acting for me to purchase a buy to let property in Guildford . AVRillo were very quick to respond to any queries I made and certainly helped to speed up the whole transaction. Not only did they respond quickly but they also were happy to help me- it was no chore for them. I know that usually these processes can be very stressful but they dealt with my case with ease and great professionalism- it isn't easy finding a good solicitor but when you do it makes all the difference.
