the staff at Sound Control know what they are talking about and don't try to up sell you or rip you off.
I recently went to my local branch as i have been after a new mixing desk. The staff there were brilliant as i must admit i was abit of nightmare. I was enquiring about almost every item and they helped me patiantly. You see when im spending my hard earned i got to make sure its been spent well. nonetheless the staff spent some time phoning around other branches and warehouses trying to locate mixers on a few occassions when the were out of stock, they would try and come up with alternatives and putting reasons behinf it all!! I found that the staff at Sound Control really seemed to want to sell me the best mixer for my needs.

To me sound control obiously care a little about their custom and arnt trying to squeeze the pennies. This is the main reason to why ill be going back and back.
