--how it all happened--
I was navigating on a website and i came across this advertisment for getting paid to surf so i decided to have a look considering the amount of time i spend a day surfing the internet. It was actually an advertisment for cashsurfers.com which is a program where you get paid to surf the internet. I spent quite a while on this and decided to check out other companies that pays you to surf. Luckily i came across spedia.net.
--overview--
The way paid to surf programs work is that you download a program from the website in which once you have installed you must have the program running whilst surfing in order to earn money. When running it is like a bar that goes either at the top or bottom of your Internet Explorer (it is movable) with banners containing advertisment. You must be running your Internet Explorer and actually surfing in order to earn points which gets converted every month.
--installation--
The download of the file is 832k and once you finish downloading it you just double click the downloaded file in order to install the program. installation is quick and easy.
--paid to surf--
To get paid whilst surfing you must open the spedia bar and log in. Then just surf the internet and that is how easy it is to operate. You can tell whether you are earning points from the time because when you are running the bar there would be an icon in the taskbar in the form of an !. You are only earning points when the ! is green and red if your not. So for example it would turn red when you arent viewing your internet explorer or when you havent attended your computer for a considerable amount of time.
--paid to play games--
If you are logged onto the spedia website you can get paid to play games by clicking the games option on the panel on the left hand side. You can run games as the same time as the spedia bar. All you do is launch the game where a separate window will pop up. There would be another bar on top on the window and the game underneath. For example on a game like Spedia F16 you will gain points for shooting down the opposition. Overall games can be a good idea as you can earn points whilst playing the game at the same time.
--paid to read emails--
There is also an option to get paid for reading emails which gets sent to your inbox of your email address. You can get 5 to 10 points for each email read. You are not required to respond to the email just click on the following link and then wait for the page to load. The emails are sent via spedia.
--instant points--
You can also earn quick points by signing up for offers. However these are normally where you would have to spend money so are not recommended.
--balance--
Your points for the month can be viewed by logging into the spedia site and by clicking Balance where you will be able to view your points balance and those converted into dollars.
--payout rate--
The payout rate is different every month but it is like $0.49 per hour with a point value of $0.0082. You can increase you points balance by referring friends and then you will make 10% (direct) and 5% (4 levels of indirect) of all Ad Points accumulated by members referred by you. This is a good idea because you will also be earning extra points depending on how much your referrals make. If you have collected at least $30 in points, you can request a payment from Spedia. There is a service/posting fee of US$1.00 per payment ($4.50 for all international addresses like for me.)
--conlusion--
In conclusion i think that spedia.net is one of the best paid to surf programs on the internet. I havent really had any problems with using this site and best of all it is free. If you are surfing the internet a lot why dont you just use spedia and earn points from doing so, by just adding a bar on top of your internet explorer. Although many companies seen to go into liquidation spedia have been here for ages so i dont think you would get much of a problem.

$4.50 handling fee? Couldn't they just use PayPal? This one sounds okay. I used to do these paid to surf things but I gave up after one of them reset my balance because 'other' people were cheating or something...

Mind boggling how many of these type of companies there are. Nick
