They are from a company called bluecorner and they have cards designs that have bliss magazine, MaxPower, Magic radio, Smash Hits and others.
The card is just £9.95 and you can load them online, and at paypoints, post offices etc and because they have a Maestro symbol on can be used online and in stores all over the world! How cool is that! There are no credit checks so you automatically qualify as well so there's no messing around!

i was on the internet, an came across a website with a really gorgeous dress that I wanted. Unfortunately, I don’t have access to a credit or debit card, and was wondering if the site would accept a cheque… my friend was sitting beside me and looked at the payment options. She saw “SplashPlastic” as one of them, and said I should use it. I had no idea what it was.
Simply, it’s a normal looking card, much like a phone top up card or credit card. ... ...just fill in your name and address and they’ll post in to you in less than a week! All services, including postage of the card, activation and membership on the site are absolutely free!
I buy mainly CD’s etc, as the site can direct you to the sites that accept the card. And CD sites are cheap and often deliver free!

When you have chosen your website and added your purchase to your basket, you must then check out. When you have clicked the check out link on any listed online shop, you will come to a screen giving you opinions of paying. Click on the Splashplastic link. This ... ...information about your card number and password. You choose a password when you register your card.
After you have then filled in your delivery details with the online shop, you will recieve a confirmation message on your screen and via email and you should then wait for your package.
