Asus g60vx

Advantages: really quick, good amount of ram, hardly lag with online games
Disadvantages: bit heavy, fan sometimes makes a fair bit of noise 2 small hard drives instead of 1 big one

...i first bought this laptop early 2010 when it was still fairly new it cost me around £500 from ebay and was worth it. i have windows 7 home premium running on it and it is still really quick for a 2 year old laptop. The specs it has 4 gig of ram running 2 GHz on a core 2 duo cpu, i know it would be faster on an i5 or i7 but it is by no means slow at the minute. The hard drives can be a bit annoying because there is 2 of them around 150gb instead of just a 320gb or whatever but i have a 1tb external so its no problem for me. the design of the laptop is pretty cool the top especially. the keyboard is pritty much your usual layoutnI wasnt sure on what laptop to buy when searching for a gaming machine but after much looking round i settled on this Asus and have been playing it for 2 years and recently installed a new...

Highly configured notebook

Advantages: highly configured, excellent battery, graphics memory

Palm Vx

Advantages: Sleek modern design
Disadvantages: Calibration Problems can occur!

...This device is overall excellent and i would recommend it to anybody looking for a cheap PDA, however it has a few minor problems. Firstly, the small amount of memory, it has only 2MB of storage and yes most palm apps are small but it means only having a few on at once if, however, you are going to use this solely for storing adresse etc. then it is more than enough memory. Digidisease - This is a terrible problem that the palm Vx and many before it suffer from. It occurs when the PDA becomes very badly calibrated, the only way to get to the calibration screen is through a menu accessed in the top right corner (which you cant tap on if the calibration is out!) so you have to hard reset! This loses all of your data, however the problem does not stop there, if you then sync with the comp your old calibration settings are restored...
