...The Toshiba 32Z17B is a beast of a TV, however saying that, it is of a pretty high standard, has an excellent picture quality to it especially as it’s only a 50 hertz, along with the sound which is Dolby Pro-Logic/Dolby Surround. The TV itself weighs a ton, don’t even bother trying to lift it by yourself, unless you want to slip a disc or something, it also does take up quite some room, so again, don’t bother if you have a small place, unless your focal point is your TV. The TV itself has Nicam, Fastext and a Flat Screen, which I must add is of a high quality. It features 3 Scart sockets at the back along with an RGB output. ...10, Young mc, Know how- I have only just discovered this track on an old compilation cd of mine, i had to play a cd when playing GTA Vice city cos the port on my tv didn't work so there was no sound, so i put on the cd and played the first track and then this came on. Voodoo chile with drums and rapping, kwolitee. Best served- Playing vice city screaming around in a cop car 9, Kelly Rowland, Cant nobody- This came out last summer and i loved it from the first time i heard it and still love it to this day. When it first came out i was working in a warehouse cashing it in doing all hours god sent so when i had time off i lived it up cos i had piles of cash and just went silly. ...This is a conversion lens for the Olympus E-10 and E-20.There are not many lens accessories for the E-10 just a couple of mid range conversion lenses and one giant 300mm lens, for bird watchers. I recently bid for a TCON 14B on auction site and am very pleased with it considering I got it for less than half price(£75), I am not sure if I would have been so impressed if I had paid the full £220 for it. Its a good lens but when you consider it only adds 1.5 to the lens power £220 is a lot to pay. Having said that the extra zoom does make a difference, giving 6x as opposed to 4x, which is a useful addition. There are a couple of drawbacks with this lens which are not advertised in the publicity for this it, which is understandable I suppose, but it is a bit of a surprise if you are not fully informed before you buy the lens. ...I recently upgraded my office computer display to a flat screen. The choice wasn't large but the quality of the products on offer was superb. I choice the Belinea 10 17 10 TFT flat screen, resolution 1280 x 1024 with built in speakers, because it looked professional and was the most cost effective I could find. I have been using the display for 1 week now and cannot fault it. Although it is not until you see a traditional monitor that you appreciate the desk space being saved. Indeed my desk looks less cluttered with just as much 'work in progress' as before. Tip – Read the instructions that come with the panel. It does not come with software, which must be downloaded from the web site but at least that ensures the most recent versions. As for setting the equipment up, I spent less than 10 minutes playing... ...-----| My experience - (if you want my opinion and how ive got on) |----- This monitor has a 17" viewable screen (17" diagonally, this monitor is not widescreen it is square) at the resolution 1280x1024, with a response time of 8ms, and a contrast ratio of 700:1. This makes it more than adequate as a gaming monitor. When playing games with this monitor it is a much more immersive experience than most lower spec monitors, there is also no ghosting and is very fast, which means you dont get shot by the guy who hasnt appeared yet. The screen is surrounded by a 1.5cm border which makes the screen appear bigger also. The contrast ratio of 700:1 makes this monitor also viable for office use, making black text on a white background very clear. The brilliant colours displayed with this monitor make it also great for any graphic artist... Read review
