10 years of hits - Ronan style!

...I have always liked Ronan Keating's music from when he was in Boyzone to when he was manager of Westlife and his individual songs so I love his 10 years of songs CD! The songs are mainly easy listening love songs / boy band type songs and I like them because they always have beautiful lyrics which tell a meaningful story or message. They also sound really personal like he has written them about his own feelings and he has even used his wife in the video for "If Tomorrow Never Comes" and wrote "There's Somebody Else Now" after the birth of his son. Track 1 - When You Say Nothing At All Used on the soundtrack of Notting Hill, a song about how a girl can talk to him and his heart without saying a word. Track 2 - Life is a Rollercoaster A catchy song (quite upbeat for Ronan!) A great song about life being like a rollercoaster...

...Ok I was listening to this earlier so I thought I would put it all down in a review, I am a huge fan of Ronan right back to his Boyzone days, I guess he was the one in the group who always stood out to me, I think it was his voice as to me he as a great powerful and distinctive voice, I bought all his CD's and when this came out on 11 October 2004 I rushed out to get it much to my husbands disbelief he couldn't understand why I had to buy this as I had all the songs that was on it on other CD's but I just had to have it. The album which he has dedicated to his family and friends is called Ronan 10 years of hits and features all his top hits as well as 3 new versions from the Boyzone days which he has recorded solo. The album was a massive hit staying in the top ten of the album charts for 9 weeks. So what...

...Anyone who has read any of my reviews in the past will notice a clear personality defect emerging. I like the high life of top notch restaurants, but crave the security that being in charge of my financial destiny brings. Like the white stripes once wrote 'the two sides of my brain need to have a meeting'. And so it was Head 2 that I was wearing the day I picked up 'How to retire 10 years early'. I have to fly a fair bit for my job, not for much longer though, my pregnant stomach is becoming more and more noticeable and then my evil boss will no longer be able to send me away?ha-ha!!! Advantages: Lots of connectivity - Big keyboard - excellent screen - Good spec

...I managed to pick up this netbook for £299 which is oustanding value - from play.com. The netbook is very light and can fit almost anywhere - it is very easy to carry around - you can set up anywhere and very easily connect to the internet where available. The netbook looks very stylish and everything is laid out well. The keyboard is the biggest i have ever seen on a netbook - its almost full size which is a bonus as I have a lot of typing to do. One disadvantage of this is that the mousepad has been made very small which is a nuisance - you do get used to it but it is not ideal. The specs for this netbook are impressive I mean a massive 160GB hard drive, a 10.2 inch screen. 1 GB of RAM and a 1.6GHZ intel atom processor. ...I recieved this netbook for christmas and all i can say is 'wow'! My background with computers is vast having built many and installed multiple operating systems on each, however i have never owned a laptop. Therefore i was a little dubious about some of the things such as keyboard size, processing power and battery life. I was looking for a laptop which is very small in physical size while packing a punch so it could still carry out multiple tasks. Buying a full size (15.4") laptop seemed a bit pointlesss as i have two tower pc's which are my main machines, so this was just to be about casual surfing/ reading emails/ browsing while on the move. ...and again, this doesn't seem to be a problem this year. The sound quality still isn't very good though. All of your stats are still saved within your 'Player HUB' and online leaderboards are there as always. The leaderboards at the moment appear to rank the top 10,000 in the world and top 10,000 in each country. At the moment I'm ranked around 7000 in GB, but don't have a ranking spot in the world rankings. 10v10 Team Play is still here. You can now play friends more easily. Previously when I wanted to play with just my friends I had to create a room then start as quick as possible without anyone else joining (there may have been an easier way), but now you can invite your friends to a private game. Nothing could really have been improved here unless they included the goalkeeper or substitutes, so when you're fed up with your real friends...

10 Years Younger.......... I Wish!!

Advantages: Good smell, a little goes a long way.
Disadvantages: Doesn't visibly reduce fine lines and wrinkles despite it's claims!!

...and wrinkles but this moisturiser just hasn't given me this after a few months of using it. So in short, the claims on the packaging haven't worked for me at all! ~ Overall ~ Advantages - Smells good - Adequately moisturises my 'normal' skin - The tub / pot - Contains a UV filter Disadvantages - Hasn't made me look 10 years younger! - Failed in it's claim to reduce my lines and wrinkles Although the disadvantages are fewer than the advantages, listed above, the disadvantages for me outweigh the advantages as the sole purpose for buying this was to reduce the signs of ageing! My face is equally, if not better, moisturised by E45 although I wouldn't get the good smell but £4 is a lot to pay for the smell on my face. I shall continue using this until I finish it as it is an adequate moisturiser but will certainly not be buying...

...I bought my NC10 to replace my laptop which was just too heavy to be carrying to and from work everyday. I purchased my NC10 on a promotion weekend from a high street store beating online prices significantly. I was trying to avoid big bulky items to carry as I was on crutches at the time. Not recommended but straight out of box into my rucksack in the shop from which it was purchased. Didn't notice much weight difference in my bag at all. The Samsung NC10 has served me dilligently now being used more and more instead of my normal laptop as battery life is excellent. I use the NC10 round the house for coursework, work and even during my work lunch. The screen is bright and very easy to read, I primarily use the NC10 at home for surfing the net to shop and for music in the background. I have an extensive playlist on Spotify...

...Our large, four bedroom house is over 200 years old and therefore has no cavity walls to insulate. After a cold and damp 2008 summer we were suffering from condensation and mould problems in spite of extractor fans in both kitchen and bathroom. Time to dehumidify! We bought our DEM 10 at Curry's for £99.99. It is compact, easily moved with a fold-out top carry handle and absolutely idiot proof in use. The level of humidity that the unit will pull down to can be controlled via a knob on top of the housing and there is a full tank warning light. The water tank is transparent so that the water level can be seen at a glance and the tank is so easy to remove for emptying - and, more importantly, to replace. Try some of the competition! A length of polythene hose is supplied to enable continuous draining should you want to leave the unit...
