...When I was investigating which PA speakers to invest in, Peavey were the ones that everyone I know seemed to recommend. I tried out a few pairs (which I will review on here in time) but these are the ones I bought so I will start with these. The Pro-12 is from Peavey's 'Messenger Pro' range of speakers and, as speakers go, they are pretty good to look at. They are not massive and, according to the manual, they are 22.6" high, 16.3" wide and 14" deep. I won't argue with that. They are fairly easy to carry as they have well placed and comfortable handles on both sides of the speaker unit. I wouldn't like to carry them very far as they are quite heavy. Its one of their full sized laptops rather than the smaller notebooks that they have been bringing out and seemingly concentrating no recently. The installed ram on this laptop is a massive 4gb, meaning its not just fast, its extremely fast. Loading up and running even the most demanding programs seem a breeze. Also above average is the amount of hard drive that this laptop has. It has a fantastic 320gb of storage space for all those media needs and data needs too. This amount of space is well more than enough for me and should be enough for nearly everyone too as it is quite a spacious hard drive. The laptop also has a quite nice 15.4 inch TFT screen, this is the average size for laptop screens, it might make the laptop a little bigger, and therefore less portable but it...

Indesit WD12 Bargain Buster!!!!

Advantages: quiet, durable, easy to use, 20 programmes in total, cost effective, energy saving, bargain price

...I moved into my flat 5 years ago where i had a built in washing machine which was truly horrific despite being brand new the drum was dented and made the most horrific noise which i could live with but being on the 2nd floor my neighbours really couldnt. I decided it was really time to upgrade and due to lack of space and already having a superb tumble dryer i decided it was time to invest in an integrated washer dryer despite everyone trying to convince me otherwise based on the fact that if one part fails they both fail. I shopped around for truly ages and decided upon the indesit 12x as my faithful tumble dryer was the same make. I truly can not personally fault indesit they have never failed me yet!!! The indesit WD12 is definately by far in my opinion a market leader with no vent required and no condenser this machine...

Advantages: Spacious on the inside and cheap to run

...This is my first car and i am very impressed. Having learnt to drive in a Clio and liking it a lot, i thought it would be ideal for my first car. However, mine drives totally different from the one i learnt it, but both cars are a lovely, smooth ride and it is a great choice for a first car. 52 reg INSURANCE&TAX This car has cheap insurance, especially for first time drivers. It is in a low insurance band and therefore i would highly recommend it to those who have a low insurance budget. Road tax is also cheap, currently i pay £66 for 6 months which considering the credit crunch, it is not too bad. I have found this a cheap car to run, but it doesnt look cheap and it definately doesnt feel cheap to drive. PETROL CONSUMPTION With this car being a 1.2, it is really good for fuel economy. It costs roughly £45 to fill up my tank...

  Cosmic Corsa. 1.0 verses 1.2 model

Advantages: Good range of feature. Cheap running costs.

Only problem was Vauxhall made you buy on there finance and it cost over 10k over 4 years. If you wanted it for cash they added £500 finance discount back on and were now charging for metallic paint at £250. The price was not so much of a bargain now.... Our Star car ************ We got sick of looking and thought about just extending the warranty for another year or two and just stopped looking....Until I got a leaflet with my Lloyds TSB bank statement offering special offers from Car Select. On the front cover was a Shiney Black Sporty looking Corsa SXI. They offered Corsa for just over £6300 and therefore I expected that to be for the Basic 1.0 Club Model....Wrong.. The price was for the SXI model until 17th March...

Is the Corsa 1.2 sxi the star buy?

Advantages: Small, reliable, easy to drive and safe
Disadvantages: Fuel consumption slightly high

.... The alloy wheels do come with locking wheel nuts, usually purchased separately. This will save you around thirty pounds to keep your wheels safe. ECONOMY Economy is fair, although one thing that becomes apparent within the first week of ownership is the amount of fuel used. Even though it is only a 1.2 engine, it has sports injectors meaning that the engine is squirted with a little bit extra fuel to give a small kick in acceleration.To keep fuel consumption low, you have to drive the car well below the national speed limit. Certainly not one of the cars strong points. The Corsa 1.2 sxi is insurance group 3, so is fairly cheap to insure. Road tax is relatively cheap too due to low emissions, that's if road tax can be called cheap these days. PERFORMANCE 0-60mph is hit in around 11 seconds with a top speed of around 106mph. Fair figures...
