...I have been doing supply teaching for over a year now. I thought I?d write about my experiences and give some advice to those who might be thinking of supply work. BACKGROUND: I trained to be a teacher in 2006-7. I had never wanted to be a teacher, it was never something I always dreamed of being. I had always planned to be a lawyer. However, after studying History at university I knew that I wanted to work with the subject. I went on to do a Masters in museum studies and thought seriously about working in that field but the money was really bad and there were a lot of people trying to get very few jobs. I took a year out to think and to earn some money. Advantages: Modular power connectors, good design, solid build, designed in the UK.

I wanted something that would handle easily what i was going to throw at it. I also wanted a power supply that was 80 Plus compliant (80% efficient) details can be found if you look for the Coolermaster RS-620-ASAA-A1 on 80plus.org. It has one large fan which is quiet and unobtrusive, to be expected it fitted perfectly in my Coolermaster CM690 case. Kingavon Halogen Heater 1200 watts

I bought this heater when it had just started coming out and it cost me £14.99 (you could get them cheaper now) when you have the heater on it only uses about 4p an hour so you are saving a bit on your electricity. This halogen heater is 1200 watts and it is great youu have 3 buttons that operate the wattage one of which is also your on off switch and is one bar. The other 2 put it on 2 and the 3 bars but usually you only need it on 1 bar because it soon gets warm. There is a 4th button which if you press it it rotates the fire. With the heater if it falls over it shuts itself off so it doesn't set your property on fire. When i have my heater on it is that bright that i don't need to put my main light on to watch the telly. Disadvantages: Headphones Are Very Poor They Crackle When Bass Is On.

...disadvantaged is i cannot stand the headphones that are supplied with the ipod classic when you turn the music up or change the bass it tends to crackle and pop in the background and this is not due to the music been ripped at lower quality because i ripped mine at 320kbps and it still tends to this. Overall i would recommend this product to anyone fill your life with this hand little gadget and you will never be disappointed again. Finally the price of this is amazing considering what your are getting for your money when i purchased this in New York i paid 378 Us Dollars including the tax so in terms of Pound sterling i paid around £189 and i haven't been disappointed yet fully worth the amount i paid for it....

They were popular before The Spice Girls, Girls Aloud etc and I think one of the reasons why they were successful was because they could actually sing and had some lovely harmonies, with beautiful voices that all worked well together.
