...I was looking for a good all round screen that would serve both as a TV and a monitor for playing games. After using this product for a few months I have not so far come up against any reliability issues but only time will tell. I therefore would recommend the product. However, always think carefully as to whether you actually really need something before you buy it. We buy so many things nowadays that we don't really need. Performance on budget

Advantages: good performance, cheap, plays latest games.
Disadvantages: can't get perfect settings, gets quite warm.

..., and being confident i cranked it up to 1280 X 1024, not the highest of resolutions but i made up for it by putting textures and shadows ect all on high. it ran great, it was smooth and didn't really lag at all, only very slightly when i got into massive fights with many enimes in dense jungle, but it wasn't bad at all. I then put 4 X AA on, but the game started acting strange so i pushed it down to 2 X AA and it was great, it still didn't lag and the game looked great. All the other games i have thrown at it it can crunch easily, prey, unreal tournament 3, left 4 dead and world of warcraft worked flawlessly. i know that although i am happy with it now i will possibly upgrade by christmas because more games will be coming out requiring more graphical power, and i also would like to try and get a better monitor then my current 17inch samsung...

...compatable with the connector on your graphics card but you can buy an adaptor. It will convert a d-sub to a dvi. It has a flat panal interface 100 x 100mm Windows Vista ready. Features SRGB coloour management Senseye Technology 17" monitor. Max resolution 1280 x 1024. If you old monitor was a different resolution the computer will alter this automatically. Comes in Silver/black and does look lovely. The print is very clear and I would definitely recomment this monitor if you were thinking of buying a 17" one. Thank you for reading this....

...This is a rely good TFT monitor it has a good response time of 8ms and good resolution of 1280 x 1024 / 75 Hz. The pitcher quality is good. It has Up to 16.2 million colors and 0.294 mm pixel pitch and finally a 700:1 Contrast Ratio. All this makes for a good screen and for around 140.00 it is a great deal. The down sides to the screens are that it is not very adjustable and finally the buttons have a cheap feel to them. This screen is not meant for hard core gamers but for general use. The screen is good but it will not amaze you. Over all this is a really good screen good quality and easy to setup there is a CD included but XP will automatically install the screen for you. ...any setting of the laptop by unscrewing things inside of it, then usually the warranty goes, as if it no longer works it could be your fault. So this is something to think about and look into before you start altering things inside the laptop. The hard drive is also huge offering 250gb worth of space to store whatever you want to. Another thing I must mention then is that this laptop also does have a built in webcam at the top of its screen. This camera is an Integrated 2 Mega pixel webcam which captures pictures at a very high 1280 x 1024 resolution. Its not the best quality image iv seen however its better quality than a lot of laptops have built into them. This laptop doesn’t disappoint, it looks good, it feels good and it runs very fast. However I still don’t think they have targeted the right market, its not portable...
