...I was looking for a good all round screen that would serve both as a TV and a monitor for playing games. After using this product for a few months I have not so far come up against any reliability issues but only time will tell. I therefore would recommend the product. However, always think carefully as to whether you actually really need something before you buy it. We buy so many things nowadays that we don't really need. Features SRGB coloour management Senseye Technology 17" monitor. Max resolution 1280 x 1024. If you old monitor was a different resolution the computer will alter this automatically. ...This is a rely good TFT monitor it has a good response time of 8ms and good resolution of 1280 x 1024 / 75 Hz. The pitcher quality is good. It has Up to 16.2 million colors and 0.294 mm pixel pitch and finally a 700:1 Contrast Ratio. All this makes for a good screen and for around 140.00 it is a great deal. The down sides to the screens are that it is not very adjustable and finally the buttons have a cheap feel to them. This screen is not meant for hard core gamers but for general use. The screen is good but it will not amaze you. Over all this is a really good screen good quality and easy to setup there is a CD included but XP will automatically install the screen for you. Performance on budget

Advantages: good performance, cheap, plays latest games.
Disadvantages: can't get perfect settings, gets quite warm.

..., and being confident i cranked it up to 1280 X 1024, not the highest of resolutions but i made up for it by putting textures and shadows ect all on high. it ran great, it was smooth and didn't really lag at all, only very slightly when i got into massive fights with many enimes in dense jungle, but it wasn't bad at all. I then put 4 X AA on, but the game started acting strange so i pushed it down to 2 X AA and it was great, it still didn't lag and the game looked great. All the other games i have thrown at it it can crunch easily, prey, unreal tournament 3, left 4 dead and world of warcraft worked flawlessly. i know that although i am happy with it now i will possibly upgrade by christmas because more games will be coming out requiring more graphical power, and i also would like to try and get a better monitor then my current 17inch samsung...

The bar is well designed and can be shrunk it takes up around half the screen when running at 1280 x 1024. The bar is stable and runns without affecting anything else. The main advantage of unique surf is that they pay you for unlimited hours, lets hope the pay rate is near the 70 cents an hour used in the example....

...The image quality of this monitor is simply stunning. It beats Sony?s top of the range 19? monitor for crying out loud! It has a visible range of 15.9? which is lower than most 17? monitors, if not by much. But what it does have is the ability to run in a resolution of 1280x1024 at a flicker free resolution of 88hz, a feat a lot of 19? monitors can?t manage. This means that I can fit lots of information on the screen without it becoming a nasty, flickery, blurred mess. It?s a Diamondtron screen, which is Mitsubishis attempt at copying Sony Trinitron technology and they did a good job of it (A better one than Sony in fact) and means the screen is completely flat, so flat that when you first get it it looks concave! A nice camera

...This is the only digital camera I've owned or used for any amount of time, so I can't really compare it to any other, but I can say that I'm very impressed with it. It can take photos in two resolutions and each with three qualities. 640x480 is good for a quick snap, and you can store many of them on the supplied 8meg Smart Media card. The other resolution is 1280x1024 which is very VERY nice. Warning though that this fills up your memory card quickly! So if you want to take photos at this resolution, then you'd do wise to go out and invest in a 32mb (or 16mb card). You can take photos in either Basic, Normal, or Fine quality, which relates to the amount of (lossy) compression it saves the files in. As for accessories, it came with a pouch and a serial cable to connect to a PC/MAC, as well as the afore mentioned 8mb smart media card....
