...The Highland Park 18 year old single malt is one of my all time favourites. I open the bottle and sniff it and I get a warm feeling all over. I've got a sense of expectation, cos I know how good it is. It is a malt which can be slightly difficult to find, the Supermarkets' don't carry the 18 (most carry the 12). However specialist online retailers, e.g Royal Mile Whiskies, Wee Dram etc do carry...

...and makes us sign a duff public sector contract worth millions. So, we were surprised to be presented with a rather nice bottle of 10 year aged single malt Whisky Talisker. I?ve looked up price of the bottle, and it is worth about £35-£40. As luck would have it, Talisker is one of my favourite Scottish Whiskies. My beloved and I visited the distillery towards twenty years ago during a very wet camping...
