Then mix up about 75g flour, 150b crushed bran flakes 40g brown sugar blend with a heaped tablespoon of margarine till it looks like crispy breadcrumbs. Pour this mix onto the apples and bake in an over at about 120c for half an hour. Serve it hot, its good with plain or vanilla yoghurt. *Would I recommend these bran flakes ? well yes as much as any other, but my old dad said you may as well eat the cardboard box they come in....

Brilliance in a flat screen

Advantages: Great quality, great max resolution, brilliant
Disadvantages: Pricetag is a little heavy

...screens energy - and it includes speakers. That's pretty lush, but probably makes around 30 pence difference to your electricity bill. It's a 30 Watt screen. Every little helps though (SAVE THE WORLD) Value for Money This is average value for money, comparing it to my Mum's Philips 150B (i think that's what its called), its clearer higher resolution, better sound quality - then again it costs a little more as well. If you could find it for £150 then its a 'deffo', but it's probably not worth the £250 that i paid for it. Get a cheaper - maybe second hand - flat screen and upgrade more often. Overall Not the best but still damn good I wouldn't buy it again though....

Accommodation varies from 4UKP / night for a Tarzan style tree hut to 40UKP / night for a Palace. If you?re backpacking I would recommend one of the many Beach Bungalows. They are usually situated right on the beach. They?re great for leaping out of bed anytime and going for a swim. You will also meet other like-minded travellers and will pick up many tips this way. My only criticism of Samui is that the Taxis tend to try and rip you off if you don?t know the price to pay. So ask the place you are staying at for an up to date price on what you should expect to pay. Or better still, negotiate a price before you set off. ..., its garbage! Particularly the Larger stores, they are excellent, I would advise you to seek out your nearest Morrisons large store! Did you knoe they also have there very own cosmetics brand? Complexions it is called and has everything from nail varnish and lipsticks to powders and soap bars, available at larger stores. I love the whole experience, the way it is designed, the customer service, I love the feel of he place, it is almost as if it is cosy, though we have one of the largest Morrisons in the Uk! If you havent already, give it a try, It is a real alternative to Asda, and every bit a s good value, though the Buy One Get One Free offers are second to none, they have over 150 B.O.G.O.F every week with an additional 1000 offers more than any other supermarket Perhaps to intice you further, they have won Fresh Pasta Retailer...

Price drops make the Viewsonic VG150 a compelling value

...Recent price drops (and manufacturer rebates) make flat panel LCD monitors compelling. The Viewsonic now VG150 costs about $450 (I bought mine for $399 after rebate) and works very well. WOW is the word I use to describe it. It's important to note that a 15" LCD monitor replaces a 17" regular monitor. The LCD monitor uses the entire screen without the black frame that regular monitors have. Here's how the VG150/VG150b stacks up to standard Cathode Ray Tube (CRT) monitors and its competitors (e.g. Samsung): Size and Weight At 11 lbs, it's lighter than any regular CRT monitor. It compares very well with many other flat panel displays on the market. So weight was a big factor in my switching to a flat panel display. I had some vague idea that E means it?s been tested and it?s safe for human consumption, but something made me put those numbers into a Google search and this is what came back. E104, Quinoline Yellow is banned in Australia, Japan, Norway and the United States, although it?s commonly used in the UK. E120 is cochineal, and could be made from the carcasses of beetles and so is not suitable for vegetarians. E132 Indigo Carmine is banned in Norway and could cause skin sensitivity, a skin rash similar to nettle rash, itching, high blood pressure and breathing problems in some people.
