I bought mine from BE.com and it cost £150 inc delivery. CLEANING: I haven't tried to clean it yet (recommended once a month) but the instructions look really easy so I cant see it being a problem. To give you an idea of how much it sucks up, we had a carpet fitted and for 3 months used the old vacuum. You'd think by that time all the carpet fluff would have been sucked up but no. The Hoover had to be emptied twice it sucked up that much. In summary, the Hoover 350 Series is great value for money and is worth every penny. Would recommend it to anyone.... Read review

Advantages: High performance without high cost

...a ridiculously low price for this type of machine. It is a Cyclonic Upright vacuum cleaner and has a 1600W motor. It's a bagless model and the 'dust cup' is made of clear plastic which not only shows how effective the cleaner is but also when it needs to be emptied. There is an indication line for this but this is hardly necessary. The filter, which is housed in the dust cup, can be cleaned when necessary by rinsing with warm water although I should think it would be a while before this is needed and they do tell you not to totally submerge the filter assembly. The base has a brushroll which turns as it sweeps and raises the pile on the carpets. This is very effective and certainly improves the look of the carpets and helps to clean deep into the pile. .../Blue Ultralight Cyclone Bagless Cleaner with a 1500W motor priced at £77.95. It was a surprise when we actually received model 73313, Silver/ Red and with a 1600W motor. A small note on Argos’ website states that a substitute Hoover may be sent subject to stock levels. We liked the look of it immediately, the silver body and red window to the dust container seems very futuristic. Not quite as lightweight as we would have hoped but the real surprise came when we tried it out. This machine is a beast! A slider switch midway up the front controls the power from low to high and this machine almost sucked the pattern off the hall carpet and that was on HALF power. At 1600 watts this Hoover is twice as powerful as our old one and the difference is awesome. Still at half power my wife runs the head close to room corners where the side cleaner... Read review
