Honda CB600SF Hornet (1999 T reg)
Review of Honda Hornet by  Happymama

Advantages: Great VFM new or used, heaps of performance
Disadvantages: Small poxy fuel tank, soft front end, clunky gearbox

...bikes owned. It's like riding a large enduro bike with the performance of a sports 600, "manic". In standard form it handles very well, inspiring confidence from the first moment ridden. The riding position is fairly neutral and allows the rider to balance and control the bike easily. This makes the Hornet easy to use in town and when commuting through heavy traffic. The seat is wide and comfy enough to outlast the contents of the tiny fuel tank (see "Living with it" below) and the pillion has no complaints (except when tall you loom quite high above the frontsman) as there is plenty of room and a user friendly grab rail. The bike's performance is excellent, you can sit at 90-100 mph all day even 2up and enjoy short bursts up to 130+ if you have the arms and neck for it! Motorways are ok but this bikes forte is twisty A and B roads where... Read review

1998 Honda 1100 ACE Tourer
Review of Honda Shadow ACE Tourer by  Orcaltours

Advantages: Attractive Cruisor. Smooth accelleration and easy handling. Great suspension and ride.
Disadvantages: Heavy. Engine vibration above 85mph. Drags pegs on sharp turns.

...The Honda Ace Tourer is an excellent motorcycle package for someone looking for a cruiser style bike with excellent retro looks, and a proven hydraulic valve V twin engine. It has excellent acceleration for its weight of over 600 lbs. Handling is easy at slow and high speeds up to 85 mph. Top speed no matter how you slice it is 100 mph. Good hard bags with top lid access and plentiful rubber gaskets keeps your gear dry and safe. The ACE comes with a great windshield, wide plush seat and large wide handle bars that keep you in good riding position for many enjoyable miles. A great interstate bike with sufficient power to pass and adjust your position on the highway. MPG 41 town 44 Hwy The draw backs to the bike, if you want to call them that, are typical of most cruisers. Top end engine vibration is more than I expected from... Read review

The 2002 Honda Accord SE--Brains and Braun
Review of Honda Accord 2.3 by  utonel

Advantages: Reliability, comfort, small luxuries at a great price.
Disadvantages: Compact spare tire, sub-standard cruise control performance.

...of a typical family sedan. I like it and enjoy the classic design. Personally, I prefer the 1998-2002 bodystyle to the newer 2003 style. The 2003 has a more gutsy design which many will enjoy; however, I do not like the new headlight design. It makes the car look like an eagle, not an animal I am accustomed to associating the Accord with. The SE comes equipped with automatic moonroof with tilt feature, and aluminum alloy wheels. Overall, the car looks like it drives--very sharp. The SE comes with a remote entry immobilizer alarm. The remote automatically opens the trunk--good for when your arms are full of groceries. The cons are very few. The Accords still have a compact spare tire--you know, the ones that look like toys. You would think that by now Honda would have developed a way to fit a standard size spare in the trunk. Also... Read review

Honda CR-V Mk 1
Review of Honda CR-V by  spongebob32

Advantages: Comfortable and Spacious
Disadvantages: No exciting gadgets in the cockpit

...I have owned my CR-V for about 8 months, and have covered over 11k miles already. Its one of the older models, 1998 and is the base model. I bought it because it fits in well with my leisure activitys, camping, mountain biking and windsurfing, as well as owning a dog. This is my third Honda, and to be honest I would be retisent to buy any other brand of car in the future! The interior is comfortable, and functional, not packed with loads of gadgets but has got all of the things you need. Thi being the basic model, has got no A/C but has got an enormous sunroof, which is electric, and far more fun than A/C. 4 x Electric windows with one touch drop on the drivers door. Central locking but not remote on this model, but that suits me, as I can put the key in the pouch of my wetsuit with no worries! Comfortable hardwearing fabric seats offer... Read review

2008 HONDA ACCORD - WAS DIFFICULT WORTH DOING?
Review of Honda Accord i-DECT EX GT (Saloon) by  RICHADA

Advantages: Engine. Refinement. Comfort. Paintwork.
Disadvantages: Price. Styling. Boot. Interior.

...TITLE EXPLANATION Anyone remotely interested in cars cannot failed to have seen Honda's strap-line for their new Accord; "if it is difficult……it is worth doing", supposedly a quote from Mr Honda himself. I am not quite sure as to what this refers; I rather think that the difficulty lay in developing an improved car from the already very good previous one! I feel it only fair to pre-empt this review by saying that this particular model is the exact replacement for my own car - the Honda Accord 2.2 i-CTDi Executive. Effectively this is a new car, launched, in the UK, at the Company Car in Action event which my wife and I attended a couple of months ago. WHAT IS IT? The Accord is a very long standing and well known model in Honda's line-up. Other model names; Carina, Cavalier, Cortina, Xantia, 80, 626 now Vectra even, have come... Read review

HONDA JAZZ 1.4 SE CVT-7. AUTOMATICALLY BETTER?
Review of Honda Jazz by  RICHADA

Advantages: Great Transmission. Smooth Engine. Low Running Costs. Hugely Spacious Interior. Build Quality.
Disadvantages: Messy Dashboard Styling. Uninspiring Exterior Styling.

...WHAT IS IT? The Jazz is Honda's entry into the highly contested and ever popular "supermini" market. It is a five door hatchback, a very simple range to choose from as there are no variants; saloon, convertible etc, all Jazz models therefore share the same "two box" styling. For those of you to whom it may be important, the dimensions are as follows: Length 3845mm x Width 1878mm x Height 1525mm. It is therefore a fairly short, yet wide and tall small car, having a tardis affect inside where it seems much larger than you would think looking at the car sitting next to the pavement. There are any number of competitors from Japanese, Korean and European countries, probably its' most likely competition can be found in the form of the Ford Fiesta, Mitsubishi Colt, Nissan Micra and Vauxhall Corsa, all of which offer a much larger... Holy Honda it's a Civic!
Review of Honda Civic 1.8 SE by  linkz0rz

Advantages: Fresh, economical, it's a Honda with legendary reliability!
Disadvantages: Rear window, motorway road noise, 'plasticky' body parts

...Brand new Civic 2007, correct as of 05/08/2007 My gard... a Honda Civic not aimed at the old fogeys of middle class England? This is a car worth checking out. As a test I actually took this car and showed it to a few senior citizens who themselves own Hondas, mainly the Honda “mid-life crisis” 4x4 CR-V. I am happy to report that after 3 hours of speculating and afternoon napping, they did not like it at all. That, therefore, means that this car is officially cool. I got this car because the Type-R was way more expensive, was in a higher insurance group and costed more to pay tax for to be on the road. The car I have here is the 5 door 1.8l i-VTEC ES version, not the SE. Let’s face it, although SE costs around £1000 less, it has much less in features and doesn’t have the glass roof! SE doesn’t have cruise control as standard... Read review

Honda Accord 2.2 i-ctdi executive
Review of Honda Accord CTDi (Diesel) by  Soundsexciting

Advantages: All the gadgets a modern car needs
Disadvantages: Cheap looking fake wood effect interior

...You may have read about my useless car which I wrote about some time ago. Well a few months ago I finally got rid of my MGTF and bought myself a decent car instead. I use the word 'decent' to describe the build quality of my new car and not as a comparison in design, handling, and features etc. I realise that a direct comparison is impossible as the 2 cars are completely different both in terms of the type of person they are aimed at and the uses to which they would be put to. My new car is a 2005 Honda Accord 2.2 i-CTDi Executive and I bought it mostly because of how comfortable and feature rich it was during the test drive but also because of the excellent review written by RichadA who I think should receive at least a small amount of commission :). He certainly gets my thanks for nudging me in the direction of the Accord because I... Read review

Honda- You're out of this world
Review of Honda Civic 2.2 I-CTDi EX by  KELLYLOUJ

Advantages: Plenty of Gadgets, Best Satellite Navigation, Out of this world
Disadvantages: Some problems with fuel cap release.

...Cast your mind back to several months ago to that bizarre advert on television of a group of people making various noises to simulate the experience of the new Honda Civic to me the advert was annoying but 6 months later we had the brand new civic so it definitely got our attention and into the showroom we went to place our order and had the 8 week wait. The Honda Civic has always been a popular car and this model definitely will not disappoint any owner and is quickly becoming one of the most popular cars on the road. Opinions tend to vary but I guarantee after being in the vehicle a few times your opinion will change as you see the space aged dash which is definitely "Out of This World". *~*~*Our Model*~*~* The model we have purchased is the 2.2 CTDi EX version which is currently the top spec model and retails in at £18...
