...I have owned a Creative ZEN 32gb mp3 player for approximately a year - previous to this I had a much older creative zen which lasted well until it was finally drowned in a deluge of water. As such I was veering towards buying another zen due to my previous positive experiences. I came across this one online and read a number of reviews - half claiming it was the best mp3 ever and the other that it was the worst. Never had I seen such a difference of opinion! but much of the negativity came from the fact that many people had bought the mp3 player only to find that it stopped working rather quickly. ...Right then, the Creative Zen V Plus 2GB is a very good player to me. I purchased this mp3+mp4 player just before Christmas and first impressions were great, instruction manual very useful so I got familiar with the player very quickly. There is a lot of software that can be put onto your PC but all I use is the Creative MediaSource 5 Organizer and the Zen V Series Media Explorer. But first you want to go onto the Creative product registration and register your product so your warranty becomes valid. Negatives: To start with, the headphones are a bit big and are like the Ipod headphones which have a very thin stalk on them so can break easily. Mine didn't break because I changed them straight away after realizing the sound quality wasn't very good and the headphones were too big and wouldn't stay in my ears, they kept falling...

What's in the box: Creative Zen Touch MP3 Player, USB 1.1/2.0 cable, Quick Start Manual, Creative Zen Touch case, Creative earphones and charger. ...I bought this mp3 player as I was tired of always changing round the songs on my ancient 128mb player. I knew from friends that Creative were a decent brand so I had a look on the internet to see what sort of prices we were talking, and I was pleasantly surprised. I found this 2GB version of the Zen Stone for £25 over a year ago and in my opinion that is great value for money. The battery life is very good and the fact that it recharges via USB is very useful. To transfer songs all you need to do is connect the player to your computer and drag songs into the player's folder.. its as easy as that! The controls are straight forward, nothing fancy but from my point of view, this is all that's needed.
