LG 22LH2000. Satisfyingly adequate

...concerned about was connectivity because I have a number of digital cameras that have HDMI connections, a VCR and DVD player that connect via SCART and an S-Video to Composite Video output from my PC for when I want to use a second monitor. The 22LH2000 has 2 x SCART sockets (of which one is RGB), 1 x HDMI, 1 x Coax aerial, 1 x VGA monitor socket, an audio input and a set of Composite Video sockets. For the sake of experimentation (and nothing else) I did try plugging my PC into the VGA socket and the TV functions perfectly well as a monitor, with a maximum resolution of 1360 x 760 pixels. The quality of the display was more than adequate ? although a little less crisp than my Emprex monitor. I?m sure I could fine tune this if it was ever going to become a permanent arrangement. Not clean with out DYSON DC22

...UNEXPECTEDLY GREAT TV!!! I've had this TV for a year now and I finally find some time to write a review about this product. It was gifted to me to be put in my bedroom. It's quite an ideal tv for a small or medium sized room. It's 22" widescreen so you can even place it quite near yourself without suffering too much. ...I knew from the outset that i would be one of those paranoid mum's constantly worrying about my baby & wondering if he was still breathing through the night, so I invested in the Angelcare monitor with movement sensor mat. The set includes a 'baby unit', 'parent unit' & movement sensor mat. The mat is placed under baby's mattress (if like mine, the base of the cot is slatted, or you're using it in such a moses basket, then you will need to place the mat on a firm surface such as a piece of plywood under the mattress), & is so sensitive that it can detect even the lightest of breathing. The mat connects to the baby unit which then transmits to the parent unit. ...It's been a while now since I switched from plasma to LCD and this TV definately stood out from the croud. Picture Quality Pretty good, what's amazing about this TV is that it's not necessary to turn the light off when watching, as it is with most plasmas some LCDs, due to it's Wide Colour Enhancer technology. The screen size is only 22 in though and I bought this as a secondary, bedroom TV rather than a main TV. The TV has 1366 x 768 pixel resolution and 3,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio. 4/5 Sound Quality Not bad for a 22 in, but not exactly a loudspeaker either. ..., very emotive. A great read. Definatly worth buying. A classic. it will make you laugh out loud at it's obsurdities. i've never read any other books by Heller but after this I definatly will be. Oh yeh and what's Catch 22? well I suppose it's what the books based on kinda..... It's hard to explain so here's an example of it....The only way the doctor could ground him is if he was crazy and asked to be grounded yosarian acts and claims to be "crazy" so as he doesn't have to fly any more missions, but by admitting to this insanity he is showing an interest in his own well being and so cannot be grounded....

...Recently the video baby monitors that I had been given (second hand) gave up the ghost so I had to purchase a new set. I decided that I didn't need a video one again or one with any other fancy gimmick on it (one that plays a melody etc), I wanted a nice basic and reasonable cheap monitor just so I could hear when she wakes up in a morning etc. After looking online at the hundreds of monitors available (most of which are very expensive) I found the Tomy Walkabout Classic Advance and after reading a couple of reviews I decided that this one should do the job just fine. Whats in the Box? Life Sure is Good with 22" in the Bedroom. LG 22" LCD TV

Advantages: Looks smart, very good sound and picture quality, adaptable for use with PCs or computer games
Disadvantages: Needs to be placed on a very stable surface if not mounted to a wall
