I added rice to complete the meal and all in all it was an acceptable midweek main course.
Later in the evening I gently heated the Blueberry and Almond Slices in the over and we had with Oaten cream (see review on oat milk and cream). Slices a bit small, but moist sponge, juicy blueberries and the almonds were a nice contrast.
