Modern Warfare 2 The Truth

Advantages: Everything
Disadvantages: may think that campaigns a little short but perfect for me

...game really needs two people as it is made for coop, although missions are easier when there?s only one some missions you do need two people or else you cant play it. Overall Overall modern warfare 2 is a brilliant game, it is far better than any previous call of duty game and when a modern warfare 3 comes out this most probably will still be played. i give this a 9.5 out of ten, I think its a 10/10 but the shortish campaign will make most gamers a little (not to much) disappointed....

The Godfather II PS3

Advantages: +Strategy side of it is fun +Entertaining game

PS3 slim

Advantages: Blu-ray, free online, nice extras like vidzone & iplayer. Almost silent operation
Disadvantages: Rubbish controller, still expensive, online nowhere near as good as xbox live

...nothing on the system excited me that I couldn't already get for my 360! The exceptions to this rule being Killzone 2 & Resistance. In fairness, the PS3 hasn't been out as long as the 360, so I'm guessing the situation will improve as time progresses. Extras-Some nice ideas here from Sony, Vidzone isn't bad, altho the selection is a bit limited, movie trailers can be downloaded in 1080P(the 360 just gives a streamed SD trailer) but not full audio. Built in i-player is nifty altho not much use to me, as I'm on cable which gives me it in normal tv quality, but I guess it'll work for sky/freeview people out there. Advantages: scary,intense but fun and gets your brains working.
Disadvantages: a little difficult for first timers playing this game but average

AMD's Phenom II 3Ghz Beast!

Advantages: Highly overclockable, will eat, chew and spit out anything! PRICE!!!!
Disadvantages: its milli seconds slower than the I7! so no disadvantages at all!!!

...uses less power than my old very low powered machine! and it will only get power hungry if you start overclocking it enough to have the need to increase its voltage consumption...... but it will easily run 2x 50" full 1080 HD LCD screens with perfection and style, leaving one screen for movies, and the other for normal pc use, or another movie!!! personally, i would have the 2x LCD's and have 3-4 windows on each screen, it would cope with no problems at all! watch tv, read documents, work on graphical applications, view massive pictures, and everything else all at the same time with very little to no noticeable knock in performance.... From personal experience, for home use you need not look no further, this is the processor for you, for semi-professional use, look no further again, it will give you all you need and a lot more for peace...

Advantages: Cheap Blu-Ray player, great graphics, free wifi, internet browser
Disadvantages: Expensive, some games are better on 360, 40 GB model doesn't have backwards compatability

...There are probably 3 categories of consumer: (1) Gamers with a HD TV who are also quite interested in the multimedia/blue ray angle. (2) Serious gamers either without a HD TV or who are not interested in high def for films etc.. (3) HD TV/ multimedia people who are not that interested in games. If you are in (1) or (3) categories then this is a bargain at the moment. One of the cheapest/best blue ray players with constant support. Now upscales dvds and supports divx etc.. Supports the very latest version of blu ray and is future proof. Sony can not afford to have this fail and the constant updates are great and frequent.
