Davina my three 30 minute workouts!

...fantastic but this is a review about the Davina workout so we will keep to that. BLOWING DUST OF MY WORKOUT GEAR~ So with my eldest in nursery at the time and my youngest having a nap i thought yes perfect time to try it out. The actual dvd starts with the intro this is davina having a talk to you about how exercise changed her life and how she belives that by doing 30 mins 3 times a week and eating a good diet will help you lose weight and keep it off .It has the comic of davina that you would expect and she makes it all sound like its going to be as easy as ringing a takeaway. Once you have seen this once there really is no need to watch it again. So you then have a main menu where there is an easy to follow layout you also have the option to shut davina up and have mainly music, i would not recomend you do this untill you know all 3...

* Al in 88 Minutes *

Advantages: Good characters, Nice action scenes, Red Herrings and twists
Disadvantages: A bit too long, some slow scenes, not the best script.

...88 Minutes I don?t get to sit down and watch a film very often. Due to the kids shouting ?Mum? every five minutes but yesterday evening I managed to have an hour or so to myself. I routed through the sale DVD rack at the local shop to find a film to watch for the evening. In the end as my partner decided to join me in picking a film we choose a film starring Al Pacino. My partner is a fan and I always think he is great in his films. 88 Minutes is a thriller mystery film based in Seattle. The plot sounded quite sinister and even though I usually prefer comedies or light hearted films I thought we would get an action film for a change. Advantages: Good action
Disadvantages: A bit unbelievable and Leelee Sobieski is a really bad actress

Advantages: variety, easy/hard options, Turn her off button, Only 30 min sessions
Disadvantages: no lifestyle advice/diet advice

...I have had this DVD for three months now, so have given it a through test drive. I love the different workouts which are short and sweet so you can fit them in the day easily. The different ones give variety so you don't get so bored. When I first started doing the work outs I could hardly walk afterwards but I have been noticing improvements. The Pump work out for me is the hardest but really works on the thighs and bingo wings! With lots of lunges and squats using weights if your fit enough. Cardio Box is fab you get to bounce around like a boxer and work out any agression you may be feeling. What I like about both of these work outs is the fat burning sessions that you do for a minute inbetween all the exercises and the stretching is an absolute must or you get really stiff the next day. Clean washing in 30 minutes!

Advantages: 30 minute wash, can be cold infill only, cold wash option available, A rated for energy as well as wash performance

And there was a buy it now......and it was easily affordable..and it was less than 5 miles away..and he said we could collect it ASAP! So we bought this nice little machine. I say nice, but it really is wonderful for its class. Yes, the capacity is on the small side...5 kg. But I still got through a week's worth of laundry for a family of 4 in less than 2 1/2 hours! How? This nifty machine not only has the usual wash cycles, but a quick wash programme. This quick wash does a very good job in just 30 minutes from start to finish.
