...This is a good quality product that offers good value for money in the very short term. Although as with most electronic products, the value will deteriorate over time and should be able to get a cheaper version next year. ...Another typical camera by Canon. The 30D comes as an upgrade from the very successful 20D. Owning this DSLR I can only say that you can feel the quality. As well as being ergonomic the button layout is perfect. On other moddles some buttons are to small the press especially with gloves on. Picture quality is excellent colours are replicated well from natural skin tones to the vivid colours of the camera. A chose this camera as my first DSLR as it has an attractive frame rate 5fps. You may think that shooting at this speed requires a high shutter speed. Well you were right to get 5fps you will have to be shooting at 1/4000 sec although 4fps is a more realistic speed for average shooting. ...Very good camera, brilliant build quality throughout, very easy to use once you get the hang of it. My only concern is the lens. The build quality of the lens isn't as good as It could be. It sometimes feels a bit plastic. Also the manual focus ring is nothing to be proud of. Overall this is a top quality camera for the price, one of the best entry level DSLR's around today. Bundled with a professional lens such as the 17-40L this camera can take some stunning pictures. I would definatly recommend one of these to anyone looking into purchasing a DSLR, but with a tight budget. To someone with a wider budget i'd suggest buying the Canon 30D or 20D, they're alot better for the money.... Read review

...These are actually quite nice headphones. The claimed noise reduction of 30 dBA is reasonable, and good enough to let you sleep better on long haul flights and cut out the sounds around you at home to increase your listening pleasure. I found that the ear cups fit my (small) ears perfectly. The bars across the top of the head cause dents in your scalp after a few hours, not very comfortable. The problem is that after only 2 and a bit years of light and occasional use, the bracket holding the left ear cup has broken. Not only broken, but shattered into small crumbly pieces. Looks like the wrong plastic mix was used here. So I phoned Philips looking for a spare part. No joy: they don't make them. So, basically a throw-away after probably 6 long haul flights and a few afternoons on the sofa! In summary, nice headphones... Read review

The only two things that are seperated from this camera from the 5D and 1 series cameras is a full frame sensor as well as more megapixels. The last camera made previous to this was the 30D. Lots of changes have been changed since that including a higher mega pixel count, a 3inch LCD screen, intergrated sensor cleaning, custom shooting modes and the most significant upgrade is the cameras ability to show the image on the screen with its new live view sensor. With all the new technology in the camera, you would expect it to be challenging to use. However a new style menu system as well as the camera settings being constantly shown at the bottom of the view finder as well as the lcd panel, makes it a very easy camera to use. There is a dial with three settings: off, normal humitidy (40-50%, switches off when required humidity has been achieved and goes back on when humidity goes up more than 50%) full power(does not go off until switched off, or bucket full). It can extract 10 litres per 24 hours and the bucket holds 2 litres. All functions have a led display. The bucket is very easy to remove and empty. Also once the bucket is removed, there is also an air filter which can be removed and hoovered, washed and replaced, making the air coming back out, fresher and cleaner.
