Disadvantages: Dual core AMD 64 CPUS are faster... but hey it would make this CPU cheaper so it's not all bad!

...... although I would only purchase it online where it is cheaper as high street stores can rip you off. This CPU is clocked at 2.2GHz, but it is just as fast (if not faster) as Intel's P4 3.6GHz CPU. It uses AMD's 939 Socket plug motherboards and supports DUAL DDR RAM as well as having a 64-bit instruction set for future proofing, and AMD's patented Cool'N'Quiet technology that lets the CPU power down when not used for processor demanding applications. Be wary though, as there are a multitude of different types of 3500+ CPUs by AMD because they just keep editing the original CPU to improve it further. ...well to back up files and programmes on, I recommend that if you do you use a DVD disk though as it is a 4.7GB memory rather than a 700 MB memory. Battery This is probably one of the biggest let downs this laptop has the battery is quite poor it tends to last about half an hour before it runs out so I find that I am constantly having to re charge it, however this takes no time at all really again about half an hour but, you can use the laptop while it is charging. The Classic Nokia 3500

...I have recently purchased the Nokia 3500 Classic (in pink) and thought I'd give you my first thoughts and feelings on the phone. Hopefully I wont have to change my opinions as the phone gets older! The 3500 is a well made phone, and reminds me slightly of the iPhone in appearance (but at a fraction of the cost!) I bought mine from Carphone Warehouse for £69.99, although I did have to purchase £10 credit. The features the 3500 boasts include Bluetooth, MP3 player, Video recorder, PTT (push to talk - like a walkie talkie) and 2MP camera. The quality of the camera is not quite as clear as previous Sony Ericssons I've had - but it does the job when you're on the go. The simple layout of the 3500 is very simple to use and understand - which I think is common with Nokias. The screen resolution is quite low compared to other phones...

Its now not my main keyboard but is still regularly used. Styling and cosmetics The design and styling of the keyboard is a little cheap looking. It feels very plastic and light. A feature of expensive keyboards is their heaviness. Probably not a good indicator of their quality although many would say the same thing! The Power of 3 compells you!

Advantages: Works the whole body, fun, well instructed,
Disadvantages: Only if you don't like Davina, legs section is HARD!

...In my recent quest to lose weight and get fitter I've become something of a workout DVD addict! I've now worked my way through all of Davina's output, sampled Charlie Brooks and now moving onto Nell McAndrew (only for the brave!) But Davina's are so far my favourite, with her Super Body Workout topping my list, but the Power of 3 coming a close second. The Power of 3 was Davina's first DVD and is just over an hour long, moving through 3 different sections - legs, arms, and abs. It uses interval training to get the heart rate up before performing different exercises intended to tone up the muscles and lose the flab. If you've used the Super Sculpt on Super Body you'll be familiar with interval training and for me, this is a great way to work out as I hate being too out of breath.
