This is a description of one of the best bays/beaches we found and a good coastal walk. We used the tourist hiking map Capo de Gata-Nijar (1:50.000 same scale as an standard OS map here) which we bought from the tourist information in San José, it comes with an accompanying book about the routes marked on the map. It also contained information about camping, apartments and other local information in Spanish.   A taste of Spain

Advantages: Nice weather, pretty cheap
Disadvantages: Almost like being home because of a large Norwegian community

Barcelona Spain Catalonia

Advantages: Lot to do and see, coastline of beaches, and lots of good shops to the expensive to the cheap.
Disadvantages: metro underground gets busy in the paek seasons, but all places have easy access and are walkable

LOST IN SPAIN...

In 2002 I went to Seville, Spain. I have traveled quite a bit but not really in Europe much so I didn’t know what to expect. Seville is a beautiful town – very unspoiled. If you’re looking for the ‘real Spain’ I suggest Seville and we went at an excellent time weatherwise – not too hot or cold. We spent 5 days there in May 2002, at the Hotel San Gil – this is a 4 star hotel, where most of the rooms are suites, sadly we had one of the very few double rooms there. WHAT A VENTURA IN SPAIN !! (Hopefully in the right place now!!)

The Classic Nokia 3500

Advantages: Cheap, Design, Useability,

...I have recently purchased the Nokia 3500 Classic (in pink) and thought I'd give you my first thoughts and feelings on the phone. Hopefully I wont have to change my opinions as the phone gets older! The 3500 is a well made phone, and reminds me slightly of the iPhone in appearance (but at a fraction of the cost!) I bought mine from Carphone Warehouse for £69.99, although I did have to purchase £10 credit. The features the 3500 boasts include Bluetooth, MP3 player, Video recorder, PTT (push to talk - like a walkie talkie) and 2MP camera. The quality of the camera is not quite as clear as previous Sony Ericssons I've had - but it does the job when you're on the go. The simple layout of the 3500 is very simple to use and understand - which I think is common with Nokias. The screen resolution is quite low compared to other phones...

Casio WK3500 packs in the features!!

Advantages: lightweight, good sound through speakers, loads of features
Disadvantages: plastic feeling, not as good through an amp

...I've owned this keyboard for approx 2 years now. Its been played at gigs a few times and also thrown in the back of the car many more times! Its now not my main keyboard but is still regularly used. Styling and cosmetics The design and styling of the keyboard is a little cheap looking. It feels very plastic and light. A feature of expensive keyboards is their heaviness. Probably not a good indicator of their quality although many would say the same thing! The WK3500 is very light for the size and feels a little vulnerable to knocks. Although i have to say its been played in many packed pubs and never let me down so what do i know!
