Room on the 3rd Floor

Advantages: very good tunes.
Disadvantages: Its not everyones type of music and the songs are mostly about girls.

3rd & Bird your way to good behaviour!

...3rd and Bird is a great children's programme which you can see on CBeebies, it runs for about 10 minutes. The characters are all brightly coloured birds, who sing, dance and whistle, including Samuel, Muffin Lovebird and their friend Rudy, together they live in in a beautiful tree, and we (kids and grown-ups!) watch as they encounter problems, then solve them. Advantages: Lovely shape, lasts a long time and good quality sound

...I've never used this iPod to watch video but I've seen other people with the same model - some had full-length movies on theirs! - and it looks great. I've never had any problems at all with my iPod and I've had it for over a year, I think. I'd advise keeping it in a case or sock of some sort because it can get scratched pretty easily - nonetheless I still prefer the 3rd gen to the new Chromatic 4th series, which looks like the older nano versions to me. The games included are fun although granted I hardly see myself playing them... Overall I think the 3rd gen iPod nano is a good buy, and if you can get your hands on one, make sure you do!...

Advantages: Good Storage, A Good All Rounder, Tougher Than Older Models.
Disadvantages: Bad Battery Life.

...The new Ipod 3rd generation nano is a new way to have everything an Ipod offers in a smaller, easier to manage form, this new Ipod covers: Music, videos, photos, podcasts and extras which include games, notes and alarms. In my opinion the 8GB storage space is the best option, it gives you the ability to hold your favorite few films whilst still being able to store all your music, the screen although not massive is reasonably large enough to be able to watch videos on and has good picture quality. The newer Ipod nano seems to be tougher that the older nano's, small drops are no longer a worry of broken screens or freezing. One thing I would note about the Ipod is its battery life, in my own experience it seems that it can suddenly drain very quickly, one in particular is in the car try not to leave your Ipod playing if it does...

Yes, so maybe there are a few tiny issues with it, but when you look at it and consider the cute, chic design of the thing- how can you not fall in love with it? I hate to be anywhere without my music, and the nano is the perfect way to carry my music with me. Since the first iPod from Apple came out people having been fixated on them. I remember the days of the portable disc player, hauling a massive disc player which couldn't fit in your pocket, and that's before you have to carry the discs round which had a habit of getting damaged, especially when on the move.
