...One of the TVs in my house has just been replaced, we was lucky enough to get a deal on the Samsung PS50b451 instead of it costing around the £700 asking price a friend of ours used her staff discount and along with some vouchers, the TV cost us around £350 which is brilliant for what it is. bit of a bargain actually. I thought I would review it to see if it is actually worth the £700 asking price to those who aren?t as lucky as us to have a friend who works in a shop that sells them. Why choose this one? Scent Off

Advantages: helps reduce pet fouling on lawns, cheap and works well
Disadvantages: none

...the Gardening section and bought Vitax Scent Off Pellets. A 55g box costs just £1.49 which is very cheap (they are also available in a 165g box). The 55g box is very small with a large red circle on the front stating 'Scent Off Pellets' and a picture of a cat and dog running away. Cats and Dogs are very sensitive to smells; however dogs are able to recognise areas of fouling by detecting traces of smell from previous animals. My experience of using Scent Off relates to cat fouling and as cats are even more put off by strange smells than dogs; Scent Off may work better to keep cats away. Vitax Scent Off Pellets is a training aid for cats and dogs and helps to reduce fouling on lawns and other areas such as patios and paths etc. There are 200 pellets in the box which are small and dark Green in colour and as expected they absolutely stink! The Canon EOS 50D superb image quality.

Advantages: Superb image quality, well built, High resolution, low noise, Excellent spec.
Disadvantages: Only minor gripes, no CF card included, large and heavy compared to some.

Review of Canon EOS 50D

The Samsung PL50 - perfect choice for a simple point and shoot

Advantages: Great picture quality for the price, good looks, easy to use.
Disadvantages: Features you wouldn't want to use/which make pictures worse if anything.

...between the photo and the colourful poster I photographed. Similarly some pics of people were very sharp and very good indeed. Granted, they were good - but not exceptional. However, it's a budget camera - if anyone wants to get a better camera - they get a Canon, and pay possibly double the cost, but the quality is ramped up. This however, I'm almost surprised to say, the quality isn't far off a compact cheaper Canon. Compared to the other camera for the same price - a Kodak, this was evidently and immediately superior. The minus sides - well there are as has already been said by another reviewer, some quite silly "useless" features. Hey - you can take good pictures on auto mode - why on earth include these other sometimes ropey features! Another minus side, if you zoom into a picture you've taken, for a 10mp camera, it's surprisingly soon...

IMAGINE having 50 first dates!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

...Yet again Woolworths comes involve for yet another review. They had put 2 DVDs really cheap, unfortunately I was not there to get them, but my mom was so I had no option but to watch these 2 films. These 2 films were 50 First Dates and Maid in Manhattan. They were both only £5 each so it was definitely worth it, according to both my mom and Woolworths. This film follows a girl called Lucy, who had a very fatal car accident, and she is diagnosed with amnesia, so every single day she thinks that it's the day of her accident. However, this person called Henry, is new in Hawaii and meets her one day, at a cafe. He doesn't know she has amnesia and all of a sudden the say they'll meet each other the next day, only she had totally forgotten about that arrangement. Then Henry has a really good idea, but will it work, or will it not work...

Face/Off

Advantages: John Woo, character performances, action, supporting cast, intriguing story
Disadvantages: unbelievability

Hands off...MINE!!

Advantages: Very nearly the same as a Twix, but much cheaper.
Disadvantages: The caramel doesn't ooze!

Review of Asda Hands Off My Biccy Bites

The F50 Boot

Advantages: Stylish
Disadvantages: Not the best material for football

...I never normally buy Adidas football boots although I thought I would give the F50's a go. Looking at them I thought they were some of the most sytlish boots that i've ever seen. Having worn these boots on several occasions I have realised that they are not really different than any Adidas or nike boot as I do find these brands very similar in trying to create a stylish affect instead of a practical one. I have also come decision that I prefer either Puma or Umbro as I prefer the more lether feel. Also the F50's do like to absorb water when it starts to rain as I found out on several occasions when you sudenly realise that you have bricks on your feet. I therefore have come to the decision that the F50 football is not the most practical ever designed and feel as i have said already that Puma and Umbro are a little better....

F50+ review

Advantages: big surface area, changeable insoles.....
Disadvantages: if you don't spray them then....

...I bought my F50+'s on Boxing Day of last year they cost me £50.00 from JJB Sports. They are incredibly well price considering what you are getting for £50.00; they come with changeable insoles which let you pick what the right comfort is, e.g. 'speed' (a nice light insole that will make you lighter on the pitch and therefore quicker, then you have 'comfort' (a cushiony insole that is good if you are playing on hard ground), then the 'professional' insoles (which are inbetween the 'speed' and the 'comfort' insoles. They come in a neat smart little Velcro bag that looks great and is a cool way to keep your insoles in. Unlike most boots the F50+'s have the laces hidden under a Velcro tongue, which comes down over the laces to make a better surface area for controlling the ball and for shooting at goal with the ball.
