...So the SanDisk SD flash memory card 512MB. Well as a start like most memory cards these days , its nice and small ( perfect for getting lost if your not careful). Despite its size its nice and long lasting ( well mines still alive anyway..or it was the last time i used it) you get a ncie handy case, you know incase you like accidently sit on it or something. So 512MB , its a pretty good amount of memory for camera use , but if you really do like to get out there and basicly film your entire life, you\'d probably be better off with more memory, i recomend the 1gb or 2gb sandisk memory card. So what a lovely shade of blue, hmm, yes its a bit boring compared to other memory cards, but what do you expect, half the time you cant see it anyway because its inside a device. It is also very small and sleek and is probably similar size to a credit card - though of course a bit thicker. I think it looks really cool and is great and compact. Benefits: This memory unit being of only 512mb can be used in the whole for storing game saves which of course can be very important and need to be saved and kept somewhere safe - and this is the perfect option. You can also store your xbox live account on here as well as putting some pictures and maybe some music on here. This will all of course be limited to 512mb. You can also download and save stuff from the xbox live marketplace, but again you will be limited to how much you can download... Read review

...I recently completed my first self build computer project. After having bought a pre-build last time I decided to do it myself this time as I have been inside my old one enough times to know what goes on. My last computer used unbranded memory, and I feel this caused compatability issues with components I installed. I decided to opt for GEIL memory this time, and have installed two 512mb sticks giving me 1024mb of random access mem. Im running the mem with an AMD 64bit 3000 939Winchester processor and an ABIt AV8 mobo and have had no compatability issues. The hardware analysis software SISoft Sandra 2005 informs me that its currently running 1gb memory, which is acceptable. Ive run prime95 on it for 24hours including tests such as 2500 lucas Lehmer iterations and the mem is stable. It remains stable when moderatly overclocking... Read review

Advantages: cheap, useful storage device

...About a month ago i bought the Samsung d900 (see review) and have since filled it up with many music tracks and photos. I still had some space left but thought that it would be a good idea to buy a memory card in order to expand the memory. So i bought a micro sd card and have found no problems with it. At 512mb it provides me with more than enough space to transfer multiple albums worth of music, and allows me to be even more snap happy with the camera on my phone! I do not know the maximum number of music tracks and photos i will be able to put on the card, however at 512 mb i anticipate that i won't be having to pick and choose what i want to put on it! In terms of installation, it was very simple - i just took it out the packaging (mine also came with a card adaptor so i can use it in my camera if i become short of space on my card... Read review
