Sony DSC S650 - Entry level just got better

Advantages: Good looks, easy to use, good quality pictures
Disadvantages: Lacks some features of competition models

...Digital cameras are becoming personal items these days, even for the novice user. Their ease of use, cost to print, range of accessories and availability of printing stations at shopping centres, supermarkets etc are making them a much more attractive product than the old "film" cameras. You aren't limited to taking a few shots, you don't have to wait until you've taken so many shots before having prints ran off and you are always in control. It's for these reasons that I recently bought a new camera for my girlfriend, the Sony DSC S650. The Sony is an entry level camera, but in my opinion, it brings a whole new meaning to "entry level" My girlfriend, didn't get a look in, aftertaking the camera out of the box I put the batteries in, left the instruction manual in the box and away we went. Suzuki SV650(s) : Simply..a damn good bike

Advantages: Light, economical, easy to ride and fun. Comfortable too.
Disadvantages: Sound with standard can! Niggly quality issues..

...After my Z750 was written off (not pleased!) I had to find a replacement bike. I eventually decided to get an SV650s. I plumped for a used 2000 model "curvy" SV (as pictured) I'll sum it up pretty easily for you guys Engine Carbed Vtwin with a 650cc (near enough!) capacity. Pulls well from between 2000 and 10,000, anything higher is wasted breath. Has no problem starting in the mornings which is nice from the previous carbed bike I owned. Sounds meaty with an aftermarket can, with the standard bazooka tube it sounds like a lawnmower. Handling and brakes My particular one has Hagon progressive fork springs at the front, with 10w oil (A popular and effective mod) and a rear shock from a ZX10r. Stylish Treo 650

There one other thing I really like about this, how many times have you been out somewhere and your phone has rang or made some sort of noise at the least convenient time, well this has a neat and simple silence switch on the top of the casing next to SD card slot which turns all sound off. The Treo 650 has a camera which takes stills and video but the stills resolution is only 640x480 so it's not the best PDA on the market for taking photos. Real player come built in on this and enables you to listen to mp3's and videos. The only down side is that real player will only read files from an SD card so you would have to buy one of these as well. There is another advantage to buying an SD card as it will increase the memory of this PDA dramatically, without one of these the PDA only supplies 21MB of internal...

The SV 650 is a quality motorcycle that does everything.

Advantages: Performance, purchase price, cheap insurance, resale value.
Disadvantages: May want a bigger bike after awhile. Cheesy-looking rear bumper.

Advantages: Super Quality screen, easy2use keyboard, All in one device, bluetooth, infra, EDGE, lot palm based software.

The SV650 is the new kid on the block and you wont go far wrong if you buy one.The SV650 is fast becoming one of the best middleweight bikes around and deservedly so. With the V at an angle of 90 degrees there is plenty of torque on tap and plenty of acceleration when required.   Suzuki SV650 - What a great bike full stop

Advantages: Brilliant first / budget bike, sporty all rounder, mid-range grunt, cheap

...I passed my Direct Access test in 2002, and was looking for a newbie friendly bike to get some miles under my belt, and do the commuting to work. Having no prior experience, I needed a user friendly bike with a bit of poke to keep me interested. The logical choice was the Suzuki SV650. Dubbed by RiDE magazine as the best first bike ever, and lauded by many other mags as a great budget bike, I had to find out more. The bike is light 170kg, has 70bhp, and a good spread of torque from low down. It comes as a naked bike the SV650 and a half faired 's' version. These differ slightly in foot peg and handlebar positioning, the former having normal bars, the latter clip-ons and rear set pegs. Both have good ground clearance.
