...backup solutions there really is no excuse not to. If you?re not doing any backups at the moment read on - if you are well read on anyway. I personally now use a utility called Second Copy at both home and work and I will describe why using both my scenarios. Of course other options are available to protect your data - some of the online backup solutions (such as Mozy for instance) are excellent and can now replace utilities like this to certain extent. However these online solutions do come at a cost and can actually be added to your backup solution to make it even better. I will explain more on this later. Advantages: Easy to use, Aesthetically pleasing, User friendly
Disadvantages: Not enough variation from vista, no desktop button

Windows 7 - The Best OS Yet!

Advantages: Great new toolbar, excellent personalisation, overall brilliant design

Windows 7 - a great operating system.

Advantages: looks great, easy to use, nice new taskbar, high compatibility
Disadvantages: cost is still high

...I recently upgraded from Windows Vista Ultimate to Windows 7 Ultimate. I had not minded Windows Vista as much as other people; my computer has a 2.13GHz dual core processor and 4GB of RAM. Windows 7 doesn't actually seem to be any faster, but it has some better features and is overall easier to use. It took about 2 hours to upgrade, which isn't bad but it's not amazingly fast. It runs all of my programs that ran under Vista no problem, and some of my hardware is actually now supported that wasn't supported in Vista. I haven't found anything that doesn't work after upgrading. I still recommend that you run the "Windows 7 upgrade advisor" first just to make sure. The new taskbar looks a bit different, but don't be worried, you'll get used to it, and once you do you'll find out that it's a big improvement. Programs no longer have text, just...

Windows 7 - it makes Vista look like a beta

Advantages: smooth, quick, easy to install and use, pretty to look at, simplified for the masses

Windows 7: Is what Microsoft is saying really true?

Advantages: Runs really fast, Some very good features, any decent machine can run it.

But is it really better, below is my review of a few sections which I believe is most important and compare it to older versions. Speed: 9/10 Much faster than Vista. To compare with the Vista OS, on Vista it took around 30 secs to 45 secs to boot up and log me in. Now on Windows 7 it takes 20 - 30 secs to boot up. Shut down is also so much faster. Vista = 15 secs... Windows 7 = 5 secs..... So there is a huge improvement. Panasonic Lumix FS7

No 7 Intelligent Colour - flawless skin in seconds!

Advantages: Lasts well, blends in perfectly, even finish, leaves skin really velvety, SPF 6

...I have to admit, I do like my makeup, and I enjoy experimenting with different products - but I also LOVE it when you find that one product that you can't live without. For me, foundation is the one make-up product I could not go out without - I think it just gives a complete 1 minute transformation... IF you get it right. ...I'd read a couple of books by Jane Green which I had hugely enjoyed so I was really looking forward to reading Second Chance and I was not disappointed! It was a hugely enjoyable read from the very first page based on a group of characters that it was really easy to get to know! The story centres on a group of people who were all friends while they were growing up but have since lost touch. The sudden and tragic death of one of them throws them all back together again at his memorial service and gives them a 'second chance' to renew their friendships. What they discover is, that even though they have not seen each other for years, the thing that makes them friends in the first place is the same thing that draws them back together again! Everyone deserves a second chance

Advantages: Easy to read and enjoyable 'beach' book

...I have always been a fan of Jane Green's books and have not found one that I didn't like. I try and get hold of a copy of any of her new books as soon as they are published in paperbacks as I can't stand the hardbacks! After waiting a little while longer due to lack of funds I finally got hold of 'Second Chance' and then after waiting again to find time to sit down and read I managed to finally finish the book a couple of days ago and so thought I would share my thoughts on this book. The author: Jane Green has written quite a few books now and they are all the 'chick lit/romance' type of books. She originally wrote for the Daily Express newspaper and became a writer when she wrote her first book 'Straight Talking' which ended up being a huge success.
