...The Samsung Galaxy Note is an Android smartphone/tablet computer hybrid first introduced in October 2011.I I have part ownership of The Samsung Galaxy Note with my Husband been using the Note ?phablet? for just over a month. You will hear people say that it is stupidly large; doesn?t fit your pocket and similar things. After nearly 5 weeks of using it, I now look at most other phones and I think that they look fiddly and awkward. For one thing on the smaller screens text messages that fit the Note?s screen ?overflow? and these smaller screens need to be swiped to bring the missing segment into view; web pages pose similar problems on other phones or, fit the screen but at a tiny resolution I know you can ?pinch? to change magnification but this takes us back to readable size with only part of the intended text/image visible Hubby has...

Review of Samsung Galaxy Note

Cracking ultra-portable laptop for under a grand

Advantages: Fast, great spec, looks good, light
Disadvantages: None so far (only had it a week though)

...there I think this one is great value for money because of what you get for the price. It is the first core 2 duo I have had and I am so impressed with the speed and ease with which it flips from programme to programme - even just keeping loads of tabs open is a piece of cake - and Windows Vista is good at that. Still getting to grips with Vista, but that's another review... Battery life is BRILLIANT - I've had almost 5 hours out it ! I know it's new but that's impressive. It is the second Samsung I've had and I love the layout of the keyboard etc - so much better than Dell, which are a bit functional (though good value for money). It's quite small which makes it light and easy to port about, and the screen is big enough, though obviously if you want a bigger screen there are loads out there larger.
