SONY ERICSSON C905
Advantages: STYLISH SLIDE, QUALITY CAMERA
Disadvantages: fairly heavey, thick sides
...My second sony ericsson phone!! The SONY ERICSSON C905 which i have had since december 2008 and so far so good! Best features are as follows:
* 8.1 megapixel camera *
* built in xenon flash *
* face detection *
* wi-fi *
* auto rotate *
* media player *
* track ID *
* Bluetooth *
* Games *
* GPS *
* Slide *
* video *
Which are to name a few! The phone also includes CALENDAR thats does pretty much what it says giving you the days, months and year ect, also enabling you to put in reminders. THEMES are also included (which are pretty dudey by the way) PODCASTS so you can put a series of digital files on your phone which i find quite useful to record myself (revising for school work ) outloud and play it back over and over again, WORLD CLOCK 3D that...

C905 with its pros and cons
Advantages: Excellent phone - ticks all boxes
Disadvantages: prone to a wobbly slide
...Last year i heard a rumour about the C905 coming out with its 8.1 mp camera...which for me was the selling point. I decided to upgrade early, even though this meant me paying £100 plus VAT (17.5% at the time) i thought it would be well worth it. The phone istelf is amazing, it looks nice, feels nice and the quality of the screen is immaculate. I opted for the black as this is a matt finish, the silver is more shining and very light in colour. The camera which is probably its selling point has no faults whatsoever. Im still unsure of how to use the Wifi, so if buying this phone i would recomend you ask the sales assistant as ive now realised i should have!
The only problem i had with this phone...and sadly one i had 3 times in a row...is that the microphone is prone to going bust. It would all of a sudden just go quiet and you would...

Sony does it again
Advantages: 8.1 Megapixel camera, wifi, GPS, memory card
Disadvantages: a bit bulky, short battery life, prone to finger prints on the screen
...Well Sony Ericsson hav done it again. Yet another phone where the main feature is it's photographic capability.
With an 8.1 megapixal camera you are gauranteed to be able to take that perfect snapshot when out and about.
I suppose it's a concept that makes sense. I'm sure most of us take our mobile phones everywhere with us and the majority of us would be lost without it, so why not include a feature that allows you to leave the digital camera at home.
The phone comes complete with the following functionality.
1. Picture blogging
2. Auto focus
3.Xenon flash
4.Wallpaper animation
5.Digital Zoom
6. Image stabiliser
7.Camera
8. video Recorder
9. Video stabiliser
This phone comes with a 2GB memory card and also a pen drive that allows you to slot your memory card into the holder and transfer files in...

Great phone, but beware some bad examples!
Advantages: Good looking, good features, great battery time.
Disadvantages: Some unreliable examples out there
...I purchased the C905 after having a Sony Ericsson Xperia. Depending on how well you know your Sony Ericssons, you will know that they are two completely different phones. I found the Xperia cumbersom and didn't meet my needs in terms of imaging. So, I decided to purchase a C905.
The handset itself looks good. There are a lot of phones out there that I think are quite functional, but lack the looks. Whilst it's not the most mind-blowing phone looks-wise, I do think it's above average in that area. It doesn't look cheap, that's for certain. The materials used are comfortable, and pleasant to hold. The sliding mechanism is spring assisted, and slides smoothly. The phone, whilst it looks a bit bulky, is actually a good size, and fits comfortably in your pocket.
In terms of input, this can be done via the soft keys, the D...

A great camera with an intergrated phone!
Advantages: Feature full, well made, simple to use, Great camera
Disadvantages: Slightly bulky
...The latest in the Sony Ericson Cybershot range, the C905 is the best yet. I have had experience with all previous phones in the range, however this phone is the best of the bunch, and in my opinion the best camera phone on the market today. The phone boasts a range of features including its 8.1mp camera in its sleek and smart casing.
Look and feel
Although this phone is slightly on the large size because of accommodating the large camera lens, it is still smaller than the range of touch screen phone available. I think of it more as being a very compact camera than a large phone. The phone has very good aesthetics looking very smart and in keeping with the distinctive Sony Ericsson style. The quality of the construction is evident, this is shown in the detailing, and the engraving on the Camera shutter is of very high quality along...

Super Dooper Cyber Shooter
Advantages: Great camera, easy to use
Disadvantages: No 3.5mm headphone jack
...After recently getting the Blackberry Bold and sending it back I decided to get the Sony Ericsson C905 but this time I had no 14 day returns policy so I had to be sure that it was going to be a good one!
Sony Ericsson are a long established name in making mobile phones. Back in the day when they were separate entities the phones made by these companies were regarded to be very good for the time. More recently they have focused on varying ranges in their mobile phones. The two main types of rages are the 'C' range which is called the Cybershot range and has the main selling point of its camera and the 'W' range which is the Walkman range. There are numerous other ranges such as 'R', 'S' and 'T'. The Sony Ericsson C905 is therefore a Cybershot phone and its main selling point is its 8.1 Megapixel camera.

great, as per usual
Advantages: great camera, wifi, 3G
Disadvantages: no touchscreen
...sony ericsson have a bit of a reputation these days for making high quality camera phones or walkmans. This is beginning ot change, with the newest range of SE phones being masters of all trades :)
with the c905, its has a crackin 8mp camera with a xenon flash, but more importantly it has a 16million colour screen, so you can actually VIEW the pictures properly on the phone.
*NOTE* when looking for a phone camera, megapixel isnt too important unless you are going to upload the photos to a computer. if you are just goin to view them on the phone screen, look for the actual resolution of the screen itself.
STYLE
the phone looks great. no two ways about it. good slide mechanism, which doesnt break or get stiff after repeated use as some phones do. the phone itself is vey light and thin, with the keypad very elegantly hidden...
