Disadvantages: Zero support for some old peripherals, crashes car stereo , Bit heavy!

...and click 'get album artwork' - this did take a while... but worked! Whilst coverflow looks nice I don't think it adds extra functionality to the IPod... more a space draining quirk! It does look awesome though ;-) Sound playback is the usual high standard - but this is really down to you, the user - I have all my imported (off CD) music set to apple loss-less. Which will take up more space, but with 160 GIGS to play with... it is not a great deal more! It must be said - the headphones supplied are useless... get some Sennheiser CX300 - the added clarity is noticeable - and you do not need it as loud! The hat trick is that the ear buds stay in my ear when I am working out. Video playback; to test this I ripped Family Guy from dvd to IPod using the ImToo software package. Quality was good - but KILLS your battery! So not ideal...

Extra memory for me - Samsung 160Gb External hard drive USB

Advantages: Small smart looking and light, easy to use

But my Samsung is a portable hard-drive with a storage capacity of 160GB MY PORTABLE HARD DRIVE: This little Samsung hard drive is really compact, with a neat aluminium body and does not require external power supply. I bought my Samsung hard-drive online from Ebay not in an auction but a Buy it Now seller. It has 160 GB storage capacity and costs me under £40. It weighs around 150 gram and easily fits in my bag or a jacket pocket. It is just a sealed aluminium box with a mini USB port at one end ? nothing else at all. ...After testing various guitars, I decided on this korean made SA160. It's got 22 frets/medium on its neck and is made out of 3pc. maple neck material. It has a transparent finish and I decided on transparent gray as there was only a choise between greay and orange and I much preferred the grey. This amazing looking guitar had a SAT30 bridge which I guess is suitable for the type of music its meant for. Only two volume knobs are provided though, the classic volume and tone. However a 5-way selector gives you the ability to play various style's of music. It has a 2-1-1 pickup configuration. IBZ AS2 (S) neck pickup, IBZ AS2 (S) mid pickup, IBZ AH4 (H) bridge pickup. Portable, durable and affordable disk space: WD 160GB Passport

...amount of important files. Needless to say, I don't think that will be a problem with the WD Passport Portable. The only thing potential buyers need to think about when considering this device is how much space they need for their files. 160 GB is one of the smallest sizes I could find for external hard drives, but it is about the same size as my laptop's internal hard drive - in other words, it stores a lot of data! If, therefore, you are looking for something just to back up a few photos, or a couple of word documents, it would probably be a better idea to do so by CD or USB stick. But it's a definite for people who want to transfer and back up there many files easily, securely and promptly, without having the downside of dragging a huge bulky hard drive around when you want to take your files with you elsewhere....

...I have had my ipod classic for nearly two years now and ive only ever had one fault with it, and even then apple sent a U.P.S van out with package, i returned it with the driver and the ipod was sent back to me full circle in three days. I have owned the ipod shuffle and the video and i would have to say the classic is the best. The menus are easy to minovure around and the coverflow is a very nice touch. The cover flow enables you to find the album just by remembering what the cover looked like, sound like it cannot be hard to forget a fav track, with 160gig its easily done so you will be thankfull of the cover flow after twenty minutes of searching. ...I purchased this to replace my 3rd Gen? 40gb iPod and boy what a difference. The screen on the new 160gb iPod is MUCH bigger than my old iPod and also the screen is in colour. The 160gb iPod's screen shows a lot more info than my old iPod such has Cover Flow (I will mention this later in the review) and album covers. The quality of the screen is absolutely amazing; it remains bright in direct sunlight and is ALWAYS very easy to read. The iPod 160gb also has the ability to play videos but I cannot comment on this feature as I have not used it yet.
