The sound of the guns on this game seem to get more and more realistic, and also your player online talks when reloading or planting claymores, throwing frags etc, car explosions RPG's Grenade Launchers. Very Realistic Sounds. The Call of Duty Franchise has always been good for graphics, RPG Smoke Trails, Giant Explosions, Muzzle flash, Weather Effects, Wall Marks (bullet Holes and scars) You Can play through a level seeing dead bodies and c4 packs flashing around.
Difficulty
Well the game is pretty simple on recruit and the one above i cant remember, but if you play on hardened or veteran expect a great challenge ahead of you. It is pretty much a 3 bullet kill on hardened and 2 on veteran. The A.I is very difficult to get past, and this can make the game longer and a much more challenging game...

As ever they straighten hair with ease and precision. i find they heat up very quickly and audibly bleep to let you know they are at temperature. the ceramic plates glide through my hair with no pulling or tugging, turning locks into beautifully straight hair. I have always been a big GHD fan, but have in the past found that they didnt last all that long, though these mark 4's touch wood have been fine so far. they curl brilliantly too. really are a godsend for hassle free styling. great too for those mornings iv slept in and in a great hurry. it only takes about ten minuites to straighten my shoulder length hair. couldnt be without them now....

...I went for the TD4S, it's the lowest specification model, no air con, steel wheels, one driver side air bag, basic radio/casette. The plus side to this is it's less attractive to potential thieves than a TD4 with all the "bells"
The car drives very well as the 1951cc diesel engine is excellent. I have not found any great problems with acceleration it moves off quite well and while not a sports car it copes when there is a need to pull away a bit sharpish in to moving traffic. The gearing is excellent, very positive and quite forgiving if you are over geared for the speed, takes a lot to stall it. It has a hill descent control device on the gear stick, designed for descending steep slippery off road hills. I don't think I will ever use this facility and maybe should have been an optional extra.The car handles very well and is nice to...

...This is one of the greatest games ever made, and in my opinion the greatest game for online gamplay that exists. The missions are compelling and excellent, and the graphics are unbelievable.
The best part of the game is the Xbox Live gameplay (for Xbox 360) and is really addictive (I know of people who have clocked up over 30 days of Call Of Duty 4 online gameplay) and is especially fun if you play with your friends as you can compare stats like most kills and most points etc.
The game is so popular that the price is still reasonably high (between £30 and £40) which is a credit to Activision as they really have exceeded expectations with this revolutionary game.
The sound effects are incredible, and the noise of the gunshot is so convincing and realistic it can feel like your actually near gunfire.
I would recommend however...

...I have used GHD irons ever since they came out years ago. They are the best thing for people with hair like mine (frizzy, curly, hard to straighten).
They heat up within seconds and unlike the old model the new MK4 model actually turns its self off after half an hour, which is never a bad thing!
As a hairdresser i use these day in day out on clients and myself and am never disappointed with the results. Be it curly, straight or wavy you can create all these looks with GHD's.
Although they do not last forever, i have had too many pairs to count! But GHD do not fail us here, if you pop in to a salon that sell GHD's they will have a free post bag which you can send off and GHD will either send you a new pair or ix your current pair. So although expensive they really are worth the money....

Story isn't where COD4 shines though, this is in its multilayer, which could be played for months and still not feel old, or outplayed, and with 10 'Prestige' levels to rank up through, you'll be playing this for a long time. Multi player consists of a wide array of modes, from Deathmatch, and Team Deathmatch to Search and Destroy, Headquarters and various others. As you rank up through the levels your rewarded for your effort with new guns, weapon modifications and perks.
