...I am trying really hard to improve my diet and as part of that process I have been trying different breakfast cereals. One that I have tried recently has been Quaker Oats Granola. The packet says it is 'delicious crunchy clusters of oats with juicy raisins' which sounded good so I bought a packet. According to the packet there is no added salt, no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives in this cereal which is good. ...Ali G is one of the new series being shown on channel 4 late at night, it is a hilarious show with the presenter (called Ali G) interviewing high status people such as mohammed al fied. The thing that makes this show so funny is the difference in status between the people, Ali G uses words which they do not understand. I am afraid the show is shown very late at night because of its content, this show is not recommended to children. There are lots of shows in the series, and all are funny, I suggest if you can, watch it.... Read review

...I have just tried the sour cream and onion 33% less fat pringles and can say that they are every bit as tasty and moreish as the full fat version. I could not tell the difference between these and the regular pringles Pringles in case you don't know come in a tube which has a very strange looking man on the front . the tube is Approx 30cm tall each flavour is a differnt colour (sour cream & onion is Green). with a plastic lid and foil sill. the weight of the tube is 175g. Taste I personly like the taste of these pringles but the flavour is definite artificial. This flavour is a slightly tangy onion flavour (not much of a surprize there then) with a good crunch as you bite into them. They leave a slight after taste in your mounth of onions. ...After some adds of the 108Mbps capabilities of the DWL-G650 and DWL-520 cards I decided to buy one. Unlucky me! I received the DWL-G650+ and DWL-520+. Apparently, these are the versions D-Link reserves for out-side the US. Trying to upgrade to 108Mbps as promised in the adds was unsuccessful. I didn't even find any info on the G650+ cards on the .COM website. Mails to D-Link remained unanswered. After some research in the newsgroups, I found out the following : The DWL-G650+ and DWL-520+ are using a different chipset than the G650 (the "+" is very important). You will not find this info on the D-Link website because the "+" has two major implications : 1:because the G650+ uses a cheaper chipset (Motorola) it has currently no 108Mbps support as its bigger brother does (G650, no "+"). 2:because of this chipset it has a very poor... ...isnt it rubbish when you wake up and dont know which cereal you want in the morning. when you have golden grahams in your cupboard this problem never occurs. in my house, i always have golden grahams in stock, there the best cereal around gaurenteed. we keep the trusted corn flakes in for the wife but golden grahams are top of the agenda. there amazing from the first bite, which is 100% crunchy, to the last few spoonfuls which have a delicate feel. then to top it all of, drinking the milk with a honey taste. the stats are as follows (per 100g by the way) sodium=1.0g salt=2.5g fat=3.0g sugar=32.0g energy=1589kj, 375kcal protein=6.0g carbohydrate=81.0g fibre=3.4g a 375g box of golden grahams sell for £2.48 at my local tesco which i am willing to pay once, sometimes twice a week. overall i recommend this to everyone. it is my...
