Toshiba Satellite Pro A60
Advantages: Sturdy design Nice Blue colour Get a lot for your money
Disadvantages: Overheating/crashing problems experienced Memory upgrade was necessary Required a lot of tweaking to get 'right'
...The Toshiba Satellite Pro A60 laptop is ideal for entry level home users, and possibly students who have some time on their hands to sort stuff out. I wouldn't say it was suitable for the lower end of the business market, as Toshiba seem to be targeting with this product. I could be wrong however, maybe I was just unlucky!
I have had mine for 8 months now, after previous satellite old faithful, which I had owned for about 7 years, gave up the ghost in the middle of a project, and I needed a cheap laptop quickly. I was impressed by the blue design which veers away from the boring black/grey you're used to seeing on the budget end notebooks.
For the budget it was a toss up between this or a Dell, and in the end I decided to go for the Tosh which wasn't the bottom end of the scale like the Dell was for the same money.
Due to...

My Siemens A60... A Bargain
Advantages: Value for money, colour screen, easy to use
Disadvantages: The cancel button
...I recently purchased my siemens A60 at the link. It was £60 on the orange network and included 5 texts free per day for a year. If you buy the text saver deal on other phones it costs £20 a year, so to get it free made the phone even more value for money.
Setting up my phone was relatively easy, with easy to follow instructions in the booklet. I did try to set it up online on the orange site but had problems as it kept restarting. When I rang the orange company to activate it the operator asked me about 10 questions and told me what to do with my phone to activate it as well as text saver. His instructions were clear and concise and soon I had my phone in working order.
My A60 is black (covers are not yet available in the UK), with a colour display of 101 x 80 pixel, which is actually fairly big for a mobile. It can be used...

toshiba satellite L350-12N
Advantages: Built in webcam and microophone. 17 in screen, reasonable size.
Disadvantages: not really any.
...Really loved this laptop, it is cheap, has a fairly large screen and has some pretty cool extra features which I shall get on to later in the review. This is just going to be a quick (ish) review as going out soon.
Compared to other laptops, this is impressively fast, probably due to it's Intel Pentium Dual-Core Processor T2370. It runs on windows vista, which seems to be faster than earlier windows. It is quite light, being only 3.15 kg and is quite small enough to carry round and fits in most bags. It has a width of 398mm, a depth of 292mm and a height at the front of 35.3mm and 43.1mm at the back.
The screen is 17in (larger than many laptops) and it has a fairly good battery life. It also has built in sterospeakers. It also has a double layer DVD Multi drive. These features mean it is ideal for putting a movie on when you're out...

Toshiba Satellite L350-12N
Advantages: some outsatding fratures
Disadvantages: none
...This is relatively cheater than all other laptops this laptop has large screen about 17 inches and it also contain many special features.
Now we talk about the mother board of of this laptop it is Intel GMA X3100 and we also get inbuilt ATI Radeon X1250 graphics card
and we can get total 831 MB graphics memory which is cool.with this graphics memory many games will smoothly.
If we come to the processor Pentium Dual Core - 1.73 GHz.Here dual core means two 1.73 processors integrated means a total of 3.46GHz is processor speed and we have 2GB RAM which is sufficient. If you are buying for playing games then i prefer 3GB RAM is good the game will be smoother and day by day requirements are climbing and climbing so if we keep 3 to 4 GB it will great .
In this laptop we have in build speakers they are nice and we also have...

Canon Power Shot A60 - a very user-friendly digital camera
Advantages: Ease of use, quality, versatility, robust construction, good instructions, good value
Disadvantages: Quite heavy on batteries
...I have owned this digital camera for two years now and it has been a real 'friend'. Absolutely no operating problems and very neat and convenient to carry around without being too small.
I am a big guy with large hands and find the current obsession with smaller and smaller products quite frustrating, (hence I have a rather larger than average mobile and I will not buy anything with tiny keys). The Canon A60 is ideal for me as it has the feel of a good solid product and has just enough options on it - settings for a variety of lighting conditions and manual and automatic options. You can take a short video on it too. It is, of course, compatible with computers. It takes solid memory cards, for which I use a Packard Bell card reader with the computer. The only shortcoming of this camera is that it is fairly heavy on batteries (four...

Siemens A60 - My phone for 2 years...
Advantages: A well built, reliable, cheap phone with a reasonable set of features
Disadvantages: Quite an embarrassment to be seen with.
...I've had this phone for two years. It was my first phone, and apart from an old Nokia I use sometimes, it's my only phone.
I'm obviously very happy with it. My parents bought me it as an entry level phone for about £50-£60.00 with Orange Pay as you go.
Good points
Sturdy phone. I've had it for two years and dropped it so many times. It's survived everything. It even survived a swim in the bath - it kept worryingly overheating for over a week afterwards, and I thought it would not last. It did though.
Battery life remains excellent. Over 2 years since I got it, it's still on its original battery, and still holds a charge for about 3-4 days (with little use) or about 2 days of heavy use (I'm approximating!).
Reception is great, the phone usually has full signal strength. On a trip to Wales where most other phones couldn...

Affordable laptop for home/student/work use
Advantages: Excellent performance at an affordable price
Disadvantages: Extra memory required, poor battery life, overheats easily
...I bought the Toshiba Satellite A60 Pro through Misco around eighteen months ago and have found it to be a sturdy, good performing all round laptop. While it is by no means spectacular, for the price at the time of buying it would be hard to find anything better.
It is available in 14.1 or 15 inch screens (I went for the 14.1in to aid with portability). It isn't the lightest laptop in the world but it is sturdy and after many days of carrying it to and from university, it has still lasted with out any breakdowns.
It comes with a whopping 2.8Ghz processor but the downside to this is that it overheats incredibly quickly. I found that if the fan on the underside was resting on my leg with no escape route for the air, then within about 10-15 minutes, the computer would switch itself off without warning and couldn't be switched...

Review of Toshiba Eqium A60 Laptop
Advantages: * Fast and nippy, nice look and feel, good software package, excellent support from Toshiba!
Disadvantages: * The battery life is poor and the base of the laptop gets extremely hot!
...I enjoyed this phone as it works well and has lots of funcionality. My best phone yet! I have never used a phone which offered such a good price to features ration ever and I am glad thta I purchased this phone for the tiny price of £60, wh9ich in my mind was a complete bargain in reality to how much you could pay for a phone these days.
In conclusion, an excellent phone with all of the features you would ever need, 1.3 megapixel camera, great TFT screen, excellent music and mp3 player, lous speakers, lots of cool 3d games to play on!
If you want a cheap phone at a reasonable price, then go and get this phone, it will not let you down at all. Superb vaue phone!...

recovering the satellites
Advantages: Amazing!!!
Disadvantages: The song mecury
...Recovering the satellites is the second album from counting crows. Counting crows have a very unique style, you really cannot but your finger on it, its not quite country, but its not quite rock and its not quite punk. The best way to describe it is Beefed up classical rock, which you can listen to what ever mood that you may be in.
The album its self is very good with some amazing guitaring and packed with lyrics which really do have a meaning and quite often make you think.
The case for the album is a dark green with what looks like a shooting star which is hung up between to buildings and the counting crows logo printed on the top. The track names on the back of the album are very small and kind of hard to read, although you can read the track titles on the inlay.
The inlay of the album is truly outstanding. It has all...
