Can't get better than this Samsung YP-P3!!

Advantages: Sound you can't beat, screen is very good quality, scratch-proof screen, great design.
Disadvantages: Included earbuds are not very good.

...I was recommended this player as I was after the best sounding FLAC (Free lossless audio codec)/MP3 player. And I wasn't disappointed one bit, this player has amazing sound, a amazing screen and amazing video. The screen is high quality, colours are very, very vibrant, clear and perfectly sharp. The touch screen works flawlessly on the slightly recessed, scratch-proof glass screen (It really is, search Youtube for the test!). Build quality is amazing, lovely looking too. Nice, real metal chrome around the edges with a brushed metal back. FLAC files (which this player also supports) sound better with high end players such as this and quality headphones/earbuds. I'm using my Audio Technica ATH-A900 headphones and my JVC marshmallows earbuds for more portable use. The included earbuds are not very good, but tell me a player which...

You have to 'snap' this one up!

Advantages: easy to use, basic camera with great results
Disadvantages: bit too basic for professionals

The A820 does have a fast shutter speed which makes it a lot easier to capture sporting moments, moving objects and action shots. The fast shutter is very useful for catching children in PE and children that won't sit still?I can imagine this being a good cheap camera for parents, especially at sports day. The main advantage of this feature is that photos can be taken on the spur of the moment. The camera has 4x optical zoom and 4x digital zoom. I owned a Canon 40D - a camera I loved but crucially it lacked the true wide angle capacity of film cameras and I have always disliked the cropped images produced by most DSLR's. The D700 or any FF is worth it on that count alone. Choices for the non-millionaires are therefore the Sony A900, the Canon 5D Mk II or the Nikon D700 (although they are all still too expensive).
