...This is a great product because it does tone your abs well and it is well worth paying the money to do it. The belt is comfortable and you can easily turn it off and on quickly. The great thing about this product is it can be worn under your normal clothes and use it all day. No one will notice. You can keep it private and you will have that body you desire in no time, without the hard work of going to a gym. I loved it when i used it and i feel happier about myself now and am glad that i used this product. I believe that if you are looking to tone your abs then i would strongly suggest you use this and it will be a lot easier than going to a gym or push ups daily....

Tone your stomach - not with this bit of kit!

Disadvantages: Has yet to prove real muscle strength or long term results

...The slendertone system uses electrical muscle stimulation to strangely enough stimulate the muscle groups on the stomach. This it does well in the fact that the muscles are stimulated and ache after use but there is so little proof of it actually providing the long term muscle strength and tone people are craving! EMS systems have still not been proven to actually make you get those 6 pack abs that you want without actually training and eating healthily as well, I have tried the older model and this new one and am not impressed, if you have any body fat stores above 25% then the muscle tone it helps define will be next to none as it does not burn body fat at all. Slendertone...What a machine!

Advantages: Easy to use, works great, many settings
Disadvantages: Slightly expensive, gel pads lose adhesive quickly

...this is that as there are 3 settings, one setting for a sit and tone, walk and tone and jog and tone, these settings work in different ways to tone your muscles properly. The system also works very well as i noticed a considerable change within the first week of using it. Results may vary for more fat deposits around the abdominal area as the electrical impulses have more resistance to travel throught to contract the muscles. One downfall of the product is that the gel pads that are used to contact the skin and let the currenty flow is that they lose adhesiveness quickly if not covered and kept clean. All in all a great product which can be hidden under clothes as you do your shopping or merely walking to the park. Works perfectly and is easily used. Highly recommended!!...
